"There's four arrows more dangerous than that one!"December 2024
"Hey, I've got crazy clues, there was this butterscotch, whatever it doesn't matter call me back I'm trying to get a hold of Clint."
Cecilia had received that voicemail well over an hour ago and the Bishop girl hadn't responded to any more phone calls and Cecilia was stressing out. So taking a trick from her friend's book she quickly started tracking her phone.
"Oh...honey, she's going to get herself killed," Cecilia groaned once she noticed that her friend's phone was pinging in a warehouse district and after tracking Clint's she realized they were in the same place.
The brunette tried to keep her mind from going to bad places while she got her suit on and braided her hair back away from her face. Yet it was hard, this was her best friend and she was willingly throwing herself into dumb situations.
"Oh, this is exactly how she must feel," Cecilia whispered in realization with a small wince of guilt. She shook it off quickly though as she pulled her mask up over her face and took off in search of her friend and the Avenger.
Cecilia had managed to track their phones to an old toy store, yet she knew it was where they were hiding because of the "Trust A Bro." Moving van that was parked out front.
"Oh very discreet," She scoffed slightly before pulling herself into one of the windows on the top floor and landing silently on the catwalk. Her dark eyes scanned to isles of empty shelves and the men that were standing in front of Kate and Clint who were tied to...mechanical ponies?
She could hear them yelling about Ronin before walking away and leaving Kate and Clint to talk quietly, she wasn't exactly sure what they were saying but in seconds Clint had ripped himself from his restraints and took off, several men following him while one remained with a gun trained on Kate's head.
Cecilia looked over to Clint for a moment before creeping forward through the isles and stoping only one behind the man glaring at Kate while she gave him a grimace after catching sight of her best friend.
"Sorry," Kate said with a small innocent shrug making him furrow his eyebrows at her and cock his gun back but it was too late Cecilia had lept from her hiding spot and kicked her leg up hooking the man's extended arm while using her momentum and grip on him to lift herself to his shoulders.
Kate watched with wide eyes as Cecilia threw her entire body weight forward, her legs still wrapped around Kazi's neck sending them both to the ground except Cecilia rolled smoothly while he hit it with a groan and a thud.
