"Smartest person in the room."

Cecilia had fallen into a sort of routine after she slowed down during the nighttime. She spent the next week going to work where she'd share a cup of coffee with Peter Parker and Karen Page before she'd walk over to her office and try her best to act normal in front of her father, then she'd go home and train with Kate, do a little school work and then bed.
It was refreshing to be able to live her life normally, even if for only a short while. She had felt guilty the first night when she heard sirens and screaming but Kate sat with her until the news reported that Spider-Man had handled it, and eased her conscience
With a sense of normalcy, the girls had spent their night making several batches of Christmas cookies, something Cecilia did with Karen when she was younger and they'd go hand them out to friends and family. And since it was almost a week before Christmas and their businesses were closing for the holidays they decided to make them.
"So, who do we have done and who do we have left?" Cecilia asked as she looked up from the bowl of cookie dough she was mixing over at Kate who picked up a sticky note from their dining room table, both girls were covered in either flour or frosting but neither cared as they listened to a Christmas movie play from their living room.
"Alright, so we've got, my mom, your dad, Foggy, and Jessica done. We need to do, Karen, Frank, Luke, Danny, Father Gabriel, and Peter? Who's Peter?" Kate questioned as she read through the list before plopping herself back down to decorate the cookies that had cooled down. The Bishop girl at least knew of everyone on the list except the last person.
"He goes to NYU and works for Aunt Karen, he mentioned that he's spending Christmas alone so I figured why not?" Cecilia responded with a small shrug completely oblivious to the wicked smirk pulled across her friend's face.
"So, are you delivering all these plates of cookies tomorrow or do you want help?" The older girl teased knowing that her friend would totally try and carry them all over the city through the tourists and snow.
"I wouldn't mind help getting them to the office, I pretty much went lazy this year and called Danny, Luke, Jess, and Frank to the office. I've only gotta track down Father Gabriel we can give your mom's to her when we go over there in a few days," Cecilia explained as she started rolling out the dough as Kate dug through the cookie cutters.
"Would the Hulk fist be too on the nose for Danny?" Kate asked making her friend snort with laughter, Danny was decently older than them but he was still younger than all the other adults so they teased him any chance they got, something he shot right back at them.
