76. Gender Reveal Party

I'm in almost sixth month of pregnancy and Sophia and Kennedy made a baby gender reveal party today.

Ben and I don't know a single thing about it, but we think Kennedy told James because he is acting weird last a week when I was on ultrasound the last time.

"You ready?" I asked clearly seen nervous Ben as I came to living room after I dressed white dress and my favourite sneakers as he had jeans and classic t-shirt, we decided to be neutral today

"Nervous but ready" he said kissing me just when we heard honk signalling James just came to pick us up and drive us somewhere that we didn't know where

"Okay, carefully" Kennedy said holding one of my hands as Sophia was holding my other one while I was blindfolded

"God, why do we need these?" Ben protested not happy with an idea for blindfolding us

"Patience Ben, we almost there" James said and after couple of minutes of our slow walk we stopped

"You ready?" Sophia asked clearly excited

"yes" I said, and she slowly took blindfold from my eyes

"Why I should be blindfolded?" Ben asked as Kennedy just laughed

"We wanted to surprise you with bringing you here" James said

"Stamford Bridge" Ben said and looked at me as he got closer to me

"Okay, since we are here, guys can finally come out" Sophia said and soon enough Ben and I almost left on the ground as boys ran over us hugging us as we both just laughed

"Ben, this is for you" James said and handed him a ball

"You're footballer, it's your time to show me your skills, daddy. Kick and you will find out if I am a princess or prince" he read from ball, and I already felt my eyes getting wet

"But I don't have boots" he said

"We prepared everything" Mason said tapping Ben's shoulder

Ben turned around to face him and Mason gave him his boots. He quickly took his sneakers off and put boots on.

"Okay, let's find out" James said to Ben and they walked behind us

Ben got closer to me kissed me on flash and then got to the penalty line. Black balloons were hanging from the crossbar as there were confetti powder cannons on the ground beside each side of tripods and on the ground to the penalty line.

I was standing a little away from Ben holding my belly nervously waiting to find out if I'm carrying a baby girl or baby boy.

Ben kicked ball once, he is precise and he hit the ball but there was nothing coming out of ball and he looked at James, Kennedy and Sophia confused.

"Just one of them is right" Kennedy said

Each of Ben's teammates were having one ball. Mason gave him ball and Ben kicked it hitting another empty balloon.

Third luck, I crossed my fingers looking nervously at goal.

It was the third luck; second later pink powder flew from balloon as the pink confetti powder cannons shoot over the penalty ground. I immediately ran towards Ben hugging him tightly as tears rolled down my cheek.

"I told you" he whispered and by the sound of his voice I can say there are tears rolling down his cheeks too

"I'm even more excited now" he said cupping my face wipping my cheeks

"I love you" he said kissing me

The rest of the evening we spend at Ben's house where Alex already made things up. The house was full of pink things and it made my heart even happier.

Just like past almost six months boys were all over me, but now even more I'm carrying baby girl. The most of them said it will be a baby boy, new generation of Chelsea but no matter that it is a girl they are saying it still will be a new generation of Chelsea but now female generation of Chelsea and England national team.

It really won't surprise me if Ben will bring her on the pitch from the early months and gives her ball to feet when she starts walking but I don't mind.

What I already know is that Ben will really spoil her, and she will be daddy's girl. What really makes me company when Ben has matches somewhere far and I stay at home is Oscar. He is always laying on my lap with his head on my belly and it's clearly that he feels something is going on.
