40. Daisy

Let's just say he didn't give up on four-cities-holidays and the same evening he found hotels that I am not happy about just because of prizes. They are all okay but the Santorini one I will never forgive him. These holidays are going to be the most expensive thing ever and I will never get over it nor even forgive him not giving me a chance to pay for at least half.

"hello" I said picking up the phone

"Ela" I heard her soft voice on what my heart melted

Three days of me meeting her and giving her my number and she is calling now.

"Daisy" I said

"it's me" she said, and I just smiled even more "I couldn't fall asleep, and I told mum to call you" she said, and I felt bad because she can't sleep even if it's 9pm

"what's wrong? Is something bothering you so you can't sleep?" I asked

"I don't know, I just can't sleep" she said

"So, you want to talk with me?" I asked as Ben looked at me confused as he entered bedroom

"If you have time for me" she said sounding sad

"of course, I have time for you" I said feeling bad because of what she just said

"how's going with mister without-name?" I asked what caused her to laugh

"Mister without-name" she repeated laughing

"Daisy?" Ben asked quietly sitting on the edge of bed and I just nodded at him

"Nothing changed" she said

"Um.... that one is just as mine was" I said looking at Ben

"Are you with him?" she asked quietly

"Like right now?" I asked

"yes" she said giggling

"Yes, my mister stubborn is beside me" I said, and he just smiled at me

"Can I say hi to him?" she asked, and I could hear excitement in her voice

"Yes, you can" I said and put her on speaker

"Hey mister Ela's stubborn" she said giggling what caused both of us laugh

"Hey Daisy" he said

"You know, I really like those birthstones you bought Ela, that's so cute" she said, and I looked down at my chest

"You like them?" he asked her

"Yes, Ela told me every month of the year have their one, but I don't know what mine is" she said sadly

"What month you're born at?" he asked

"August" she said

"I think I know which one is for August" he said, and I looked at him

"Yes? Which one?" she asked exciting

"I would rather Ela tell you next time you see each other, okay?" he asked looking at me

"Yes, I can't wait to see her again" she said, and my heart melted once again

"I'm sure she can't wait either" he said still staring at me

"Um.... I think I need to go now" she said

"Yeah, I'll be talk to you again soon, good night" he said as I couldn't help but bit my lip at his cuteness

"I think Ela want to tell you good night too" he said

"Hey Daisy, um....do you want me to come any day soon?" I asked really wanting to see her again even if I saw her three days ago

"Yes, you can come whenever you want to, I would like that" she said, and I just smiled

"Okay, then I will see you in a few days, good night, Daisy" I said

"Good night, Ela" she said and few seconds later all what was heard from phone was beeping

"I already like her" Ben said looking at me

"Me too" I said hugging him as we were lying on bed

TWO DAYS LATER

It's been second time in past five days that I am going to see Daisy. Second time of facing her or this time maybe both of them, but I need to stay strong, if not because of myself but because of Ben. He wanted to go with me, but I told him that is not a good idea, and he gave up after I promised him, I'll be okay.

I took a deep breath and rang the bell. She opened doors without a word and let me in the house.

"ELA" Daisy shouted from living room as she saw

"hey" I said hugging her

"hey" she said hugging me tightly "here" I said giving her little bag with teddy bear that I bought her

"He is so cute, thank you" she whined looking at teddy bear

"And what's going to be his name?" I asked sitting beside her on the couch

"umm" she mumbled putting fingers on her chin thinking

"I know" she said raising her finger "Ben" she said, and I just smiled remembering my Ben

"that's a nice name" I said

"I know, it's a name of my favourite footballer" she said

"Really?" I asked

"Yes, he looks really similar to your boyfriend" she said

"What team he plays for?" I asked

"Chelsea, they are the best" she whined

My love, if he looks just similar and if we are not talking about the same person.

"Mum told me that he went to the same school as I do, isn't it nice?"

"that's so nice" I said

"what's the name of your boyfriend? Is he maybe Ben's brother? They look so similar" she asked interesting

"You won't go crazy if I tell you?" I asked

"Just you and me" she said pointing to me and herself and putting a finger on her mouth in stillness way.

"okay" I said smiling at her "Your favourite footballer and my boyfriend are the same person" I said quietly

"what" she said loud putting hand on her mouth what caused me to smile even more

"Really?" she asked shocked

"really" I said smiling at her

"Oh my gosh, that is unbelievable" she said excited "How did you meet him?" she asked making puppy face

"Um...that's a long story actually" I said

"We have a lot of time, please" she begged me

"you're so lucky" she whined after I told her how I met Ben, omitting the thing that we met a long time ago

"I know" I said
