72. Five Months Into It

FIVE MONTHS LATER

I'm in almost sixth month of pregnancy. The most beautiful and the most special five months in my life so far, because five and half months ago I found out that I am pregnant. First, I found out that I am pregnant and then I got engaged to the love of my life. It's been five months of our engagement but so far, we are not hurrying with wedding.

I want to bring our little baby to the world first and then we can plan our wedding. We talked couple of times about what kind of wedding we want but Ben is completely the same mind with me. Ben, just like me, don't want to hurry and he said we can wait until baby will be about 1 year old. He told me few times that he can't wait for us to get married but that he wants to hold the baby first and then fully plan our wedding.

I felt light kick in my belly, and I almost cried of happiness. This is the first kick from my baby that I felt.

"Hey baby" I whispered rubbing my belly as I was sitting on chair in my office at Chelsea "you're hungry, right?" I asked even if I knew I won't get an answer

I stood up and went to our kitchen taking something for eat. I was hungry, and I don't know why I allowed myself not eating earlier for the baby's good. After I ate, I went back to my office meeting Jorgi in the hallway.

"how's our baby Chilwell?" he asked and smiled at me

All the boys were so nice to me before but now they're even nicer and a lot of time they talk to my belly telling baby some nonsense that Ben is doing on trainings.

"We just ate" I said

"good" he said "Ben is coming for a few minutes" he added pointing behind him to the front doors

"thanks" I said, and he walked to the changing room

Some of other boys came right after him and then I entered my office again checking on the rest of papers. There is not much work past few weeks because boys are more than careful and there are no serious injuries. We had twisted ankles twice last three weeks but both Christian and Mateo are good, and they played a week after they got injured.

"First time and we are already so active, huh?" I looked down at my belly rubbing it

"you're going to be so daddy's child" I smiled being incredibly happy I felt my baby kicking twice in last half an hour

"Hey you two, everything's okay?" Ben asked entering my office

Unfortunately, he won't be able to feel his baby kicking for two months if not longer, but it won't surprise me if it will be felt from outside earlier since it's Chilwell's baby, footballer's babies are, in most situations, very active.

"It just kicked twice in last half an hour" I smiled at him as he came closer to me

We are still saying it and not he or she because we still don't know what gender our baby is, but I have ultrasound this Friday where we will be maybe enough lucky to see if it's a girl or boy. No, we won't be lucky enough because Sophia and Kennedy said they will make us gender reveal party. This Friday we are going alone but next time Sophia will go with us if the gender will be seen this time.

"Really?" he asked crouching in front of me and putting his hand on my belly

"yes" I said looking at him as he pulled my shirt up to leave kiss on my bare belly, he never kisses my belly through some material because he says he wants to leave kiss as close to his baby as he can

"I can't wait to see you this Friday again" he said to baby

FLASHBACK

It's the second time I am going on ultrasound and the Ben's first time going with me. It past two weeks since we got back from Paris.

"You know, the baby is still soooo small" I reminded him before doctor came in the room to make an ultrasound

"I'll be able to see it, right?" he asked

"Depends on in what position it is right now" I said, and he exhaled unsatisfied

Doctor came in room getting computer ready for my ultrasound.

When I came here for the first time two weeks ago, I was scared because I didn't know if I was pregnant what would be Ben's reaction, but now when I know Ben is completely fine and exciting about baby, I'm nervous and excited to see our baby every time when I'll come here every two weeks.

"Here, it's still small, about raspberry now" doctor said pointing to the screen where my baby is growing

I felt Ben's grip on my hand becoming tighter and I just smiled looking at his face as he was looking at screen. He is going to be the best father I could ever ask for my child.

END OF FLASHBACK

"I can't wait to finally hold you and give you millions of kisses" he said leaving kiss on my belly once again

"But I need to wait four more months to meet you" he said and looked up at me

"Can you hurry up somehow?" he asked, and I laughed putting my hand on his cheek

"It won't be a good idea" I said smiling at him rubbing my thumb over his cheek

"But I can't wait anymore" he said as I bite my lip smiling, he is so cute, and I can't wait to see him with his own baby

"Me neither, but we are more than a halfway through it" I said, and he leaned in kissing me

"okay" he breath out leaning his forehead onto mine with his eyes closed

"I have to shower before we go home" he said kissing my forehead

"I have at least an hour more of work" I said

"You can do that tomorrow; I need to feed my princesses" he winked at me and left my office

My princesses, he thinks the baby is girl, the first time he said the gender of baby even if we still don't know what gender baby is.
