Fade away
Fade to black
Fade to gray,
for in darkness you are needed because the life before your
eyes was jaded,
Just because you prayed doesn't mean you'll resist
fading away,
So accept yourself, agree to your fate.
In darkness what you seek lies in wait, so go now,
don't hesitate.
Grey and red,
and black and blue,
don't think, cause you know it hurts you,
bleeding out, lying on the floor,
you don't want it, not anymore...
So fade, fade,
fade away,
fade your life,
fade your hate,
hide in darkness and lie in wait, and walk back to better days.
In time the rhyme we speak will remain
waiting,
degrading as you walk through it,
so why waste time?
you already knew this.
Decipher the rhythm
and walk in rhyme,
through your memories in your mind,
Fade to the darkness....
