In my childhood remember,
there was a game with battles and creatures,
in where at the end
I moved boulders
and the cartridge was yellow.
"Use your strength!"
I'd say,
use
your strength....
something I've had to have been
taught.
Even though I seem strong enough
it's mostly just my voice,
that's my strength defending
and pushing boulders away from me
in the low light towards victory.
it took ages but I got down that
road, everyone was weak
like me,
everyone was tired,
like me,
but they were still determined
Just. Like. Me.
I compare this team to the
people that I know,
They're prepared and adequate,
ready to cut fear down,
in the spotlight which
highlights what can't be seen
in dark cavernous caves,
caves to victory
laid down on the gravel meant
to be tread on,
gravel I can see.
"Go use your strength!"
the strength of the heart
& mind,
that which lies inside,
that which is there to confide in,
don't you dare hide it,
although when it's heard that
"It's not the time to use that"
we end up believing,
but it's not true.
I don't have the strength
that is seen,
the power of the mind
is the magick that wills me
to easily move aside
my obstacles
to where they need to be
Something bigger than me?
Strength
Something harder it seems...
Strength
I can deal with it with my
Strength,
I'll wear it out till it loses
its meaning indefinitely,
There is a road,
there is a way,
I won't decide not to
walk through it to what
lies beyond and ahead,
to let go is to defend
with whatever I perceive
strength to be
within myself
So I'll
try hard instead of
not trying, or
just going
hard,
far,
or in between,
I have what I need,
I have it indeed,
stand in my way and
I can teach you,
or shake my heart's hands and
I may greet you,
just like I did and still do
on that journey to a victory road
Walk down that road to victory,
my life was, no
my life is a
Nintendo game,
There's always a second chance to
Change.
