(tuesday, june 18th 2019)

"so we're going to top golf?" dean asks.

"no we're meetin everyone at 'the mainstay restaurant." i tell him.

"then we're going to top golf?" he asks.

"yes dinner with my family and then top golf with my friends." i tell him.

"why don't we just meet at my house?" he asks.

"i'm already gonna be at your house. we're ridin together to the restaurant." i tell him.

"i'm not understanding." he says and i sigh.

"okay just be ready by 5 on thursday." i tell him.

"wait we're meeting everyone at the restaurant but me and you are riding together?" he asks.

"yes baby." i tell him.

"okay i understand now." he says and i shake my head.

"you're just a little slow." i tell him.

"fuck you." he says and turns away from me.

"come back here." i say wrapping my arms around him from behind.

"what do you want for your birthday?" he asks me.

"nothing you just being here is fine." i tell him.

"that's not very helpful." he says.

"well i don't know what i want." i tell him.

"you're about to get nothing." he says and i roll my eyes.

"you're so annoying." i tell him and he smiles hugging me.

"you can have anything in the world." he tells me.

"i don't need anything else." i tell him.

"tomorrow don't come to the office i'm going out to find you a gift then." he tells me.

"okay i'm having lunch with dalton tomorrow." i tell him

"will he be at top golf?" he asks me.

"yes i invited maddie, dalton, dev, bullet, diesel, vain, and axel." i tell him.

"you invited my men?" he asks.

"just the ones i know but yes." i tell him.

"okay if you want them there." he says.

"do you not want them there?" i ask him.

"i don't mind." he says.

"good because i wasn't gonna un-invite them." i tell him.

"of course you weren't." he says rolling his eyes.

i didn't end up going into the office at all today devan and i actually drove 3 hours to go pick up a truck i bought lilith.

i brought devan along to get his approval of it because i wasn't sure exactly what to get her. i also brought him so i can get to know him more.

after we pick up the truck we drive to boot barn so he can help me pick out boots for her.

"what about these?" i ask him.

they're white and brown square toe boots just like she likes.

"i really like them so i think she will." he says.

"okay i'll get these." i tell him.

"they're buy one get one free here, you should get a pair." he suggests.
