Shadow is at GUN headquarters, waiting outside of a government laboratory.
He has flashbacks... but is soon called back to the present reality as an agent steps out of the room. "What did you find?", Shadow asks. "I know it may seem cruel, but we found a way to use them.", he is answered.
"Hmm?"
"We can use one of the stones to power our flight vehicles' escape pods, while prisoners can have parts of the other stone."
"Are you implying you're more willing to exterminate our prisoners-- and our own comrades-- than let them leave if there's a chance something is threatening everyone's lives?"
"W-We only plan to use this on very dangerous criminals."
"What if this goes into the wrong hands?
The agent is silent.
"If my plan is approved, I say we seal the stones away until we find better use for them. It seems they're no good to anyone right now."
