Shadow and Sonic were bantering for a bit, until Sonic is suddenly quiet. Little does Shadow know, Sonic simply did not want to speak his thoughts. "You don't have anything to say, Faker?", Shadow teases. "Oh, yes, I have plenty to say. I just didn't want to.", Sonic replies.
"Oh? Like what?"
Sonic whispers in Shadow's ear, almost like a taunt. His fur perks up from what he just heard, but Sonic sassily withdraws himself from Shadow's ears, giving a playful smile. "That's what you get for asking.", Knuckles plays, before continuing, "--...but I'm actually curious myself, I gotta admit." Shadow answers, "To paraphrase-- ahem-- it was something along the lines of saying I'm an idiot who doesn't know anything better to do."
