Dear Diary,
Well I am no longer single. Isaac asked me out today and I said yes, of course. Not going to lie, I thought so much more would feel/be different once I got my first boyfriend. But nothing feels different other than the fact I have a boyfriend. So far, the only person I told was my mom. None of my friends know yet but we'll be telling them all soon.
I can tell that Garrett is extremely pissed at Isaac and I... Two days ago Raya had a Halloween get together with everyone in our friend group and later that night we watched a movie. Isaac and I cuddled. (And on the drive back to Allie's house, Isaac and I held hands. But that's not the point). As we cuddled Garrett saw. Ever since that night, he has been avoiding me at all costs. But there is nothing that could be done about that. He never acted to get me, Isaac did. He doesn't even know we're dating yet. So I know that'll make everything worse when he finds out.
I also brought this up to Isaac earlier. Our anniversary is on Halloween day. So I think that he chose a good day to ask. Hopefully I can write more to keep this "updated".
Also, the process of him asking me out wasn't too special. We hung out at lunch (as usual) and we kissed then after when we were leaving, he stopped me and asked if I'd like to be his girlfriend. Then I said yes, of course, but we then had to go to our classes right after.
I have to go work on homework.
