32. Ash's Reborn Story

Chapter 77 Glitch World Gym Battle

Ash is now at the digital Lavender Town, as he is trying to find a way through, every house he went through takes him back to the Rocket Hideout, and he hates it. But after the last door, he hears the voice.

Voice: You can pass here only if you have the STANDARDBADGE. Oh! That is the STANDARDBADGE! Ok then, please go right ahead!

After getting into the house, he finds himself at the Byxbysion Wasteland.

Ash: Not this place...at least I'm digitalized, so I won't be nasty after this...

Ash is now walking around the area, until he finds the door and heads inside, and now he is back at Kanto's Pokemon Mansion.

Ash: Okay, why is everything in here either Kanto or Reborn? Is it because I was living in Kanto?

Ash finds a switch on the statue and presses it, but he hears a voice.

Voice: Someone who doesn't have the MILLENNIUMBADGE, that's who. Oh! That is the MILLENNIUMBADGE! Ok then, please go right ahead!

Then Ash notices a gate open and rushes towards there, but he is stopped by a trainer who says.

Person: You can pass here only if you have the ECLIPSEBADGE!

Ash has to battle him first before he acknowledges him to have the Eclipse Badge, much to his annoyance. But after getting out of the place, he finds himself at Citae Astre, the same place where he has to fight Elias and his fake Arceus. As he is about to leave the place, he hears a voice that sounds like a child.

?: hee hee hee~ this is fun... hey, everybody...you can pass here only if you have the STRIKEBADGE, isn't that right~? oh! that's the STRIKEBADGE! hehe, okay, then you can leave... for now... but come back and play again sometime, okay?

Ash sighs as he walks past the room, but he finds himself in a place that he hasn't recognized, and the map from the Pokegear, it says that he is actually in Reborn's Victory Road. Ash walks past the area and finds himself back in Kanto, but Cerulean Cave.

Ash: I have a bad feeling about this place.

And as he continues on the road, in the end, he finds something that he is dreaded: A Mewtwo, and it is trying to attack him with the Psystrike.

Ash: I have to battle the Mewtwo to get past? But Dark Type moves are treated as Normal moves here!

Ash has to go with a Ghost Type Pokemon, and the only one in his team is Gourgeist, and Greninja also volunteers to help as well, so Ash has both of them fight Mewtwo at the same time. Mewtwo has Ice Beam and it deals a lot of damage to Gourgeist, but he can only attack Greninja with Psychic because Dark Type doesn't exist. And the thing that Ash is dreaded from Mewtwo is that it is capable of using Recover.

It takes Ash a while, but the ones in the video games can't mimic the true power of a Legendary Pokemon, and Ash has Gourgeist use Shadow Ball and Greninja to use Water Shuriken to defeat Mewtwo in the end.

Mewtwo: (Yells) TH15 C4NN0T B3 MY D3ST1NY!

Mewtwo starts to break apart as Ash closes his eyes, when he opens them again, he finds himself back in Indigo Plateau, and there is a gate in front of him.

Voice: YOU CAN PASS HERE ONLY IF YOU HAVE THE CINDERBADGE! RAWRRRR! THAT IS THE CINDERBADGE! OKIE DOKIE POKEY, PLEASE GO RIGHT AHEAD!

At the end of the room, Ash finally finds Terra, who is waiting for him.

Ash: I finally found you...

Terra: AH! I HEARD ABOUT YOU, Ash! I AM T3RR4, THEY CALL ME THE CIEL TAMER. HAD THAT B!TCh ON HER KNEES, COVERED IN KETCHUP.
