Back at Reborn, Ash decides to finish some requests. After finding the Four Mulches, Ash goes back to Seacrest and shows him the items, and he gives him the Venusaurite, a Decidium-Z, and an Insect Plate in return.

After giving the lady in Jasper Ward the Diamond Ring, she gives Ash classified Information, much to his confusion. But as he goes into the Peridot Ward, Ash is surprised to see the International Police: Looker is talking to a police officer. The Police Officer sees Ash and is ready to attack, but Looker stops him before things are getting late.

Looker: You must also learn to fully understand a situation before rushing into it. (Turns to Ash) Sorry, Ash, and long time no see. This is my partner Seer.

Ash: But what are you doing here, Looker?
