That night I spent my hours tossing an turning in bed. Ang daming nangyari sa araw na 'to. How could I fall asleep when everything keeps playing in my head?
Hindi ko alam kung normal lang ba 'to, all problems happening all at once. All within a span of hours. Kasi i'm starting to think it is. It's happened twice now.

"Are you okay?" Bungad saakin ni Noah na nasa office ko pagpasok ko.
"Is it that obvious?" I sounded upset.
"Na ano?" He asked as he walked closer to me.
"That i'm a mess?" I looked up at him.
"No you're not." Kumunot ang noo niya. "Natulog ka na ba?"
"So it is obvious?" Naglakad na ako papunta sa desk ko and sat on my chair to look into my mini desk mirror.
"You just look tired. But besides that you're still as beautiful as you always are." He smiled.
"Liar." Bulong ko sa sarili ko.
"What happened?" Tanong niya.
"A lot. Again." Napa-hinga ako.
"You know i'll listen."
"May trabaho pa tayo Noah. Nga pala, bakit nandito ka nanaman? Ang aga pa ah? Parang dito kana pumapasok." I pointed out.
"You're the first person I thought of when I woke up. I wanted you to be the first one I saw today." Ngumiti siya ulit.
"Oh so i'm your only problem? Good for you." I said sarcastically.
"You're not my problem.'
"Thank you nalang Noah. But I have so much to think of and so much to do." Sabi ko.
"I'll help you." He offered.
"I don't need your help. Kaya ko na 'to ng mag-isa. Focus on what you need to do." Utos ko.
"You don't need to decline every offer of help people give you just to prove that you're good enough." He said gently.
"It will prove that I can't work by myself. It will just prove my brothers point right. Na hindi ko kaya." Sagot ko.
"But you're not living to prove your brother wrong, diba? You're doing this to get what you want. Their opinions are irrelevant kung titignan mo ng tama. Kung lahat ng ginagawa mo ay binabase mo sa iisipin nila, how can you say it was you who succeeds? You're putting yourself under their control. You say that you're trying to prove yourself, but you're not being yourself if you're not able to do what you want dahil iniisip mo kung ano ang iisipin nila." Mahabang sabi niya.
"Paanong hindi Noah? Sila ang magdedecide kung makukuha ko ba 'yung gusto ko. If I don't do what they want, then I won't get what I want."
"So you're just going to live under their control? Hindi naman titigil ang pag-jujudge nila Lia. No matter how high your position is. Accepting help doesn't mean you're incapable. Saka I know how much you hide. Hindi ko lang maintindihan kung bakit ka nagpapanggap. Why do you act as if you're going through nothing?" Tuloy niya.
"Dahil kung ipapakita ko 'yung pagiging mahina ko, they'll wreak me." Dahilan ko.
"Ano ba'ng ginagawa nila ngayon? You act strong but they still manage to hurt you diba?"
