A'Shanee
I made my way towards the football field to surprise Prince. As I was getting closer to the field
I saw him and some girl and I immediately raised my eyebrow.
"I'll hit you later," I heard Prince say.
I cleared my throat causing them both to look at me.
"Wassup A'Shanee."
Oh we doing governments now okay.
"I came to surprise you babe."
"Babe what are you talking about we've been dating for a month now he's my man."
"And we've been dating since high school but that shit is dead it's over Prince you can have him sis and good luck."
I turned and walked away can't believe this shit now I know why I spent Valentines Day alone because this nigga was out with another bitch. I'll never date an athlete again they all hoes.
I made my way across the parking lot when I heard someone calling my name. I turned and looked seeing a guy walking towards me. As he got closer I recognized who he was.
"Damn girl you move fast."
"Sorry I didn't hear you I was in my thoughts. Caiden right?"
"Yeah."
I nodded.
"I was wondering do you want to study for the exam for professor Williams class?"
"Sure that's not a problem."
"Study hall is good with you?"
"I don't stay on campus I'll give you my number and text you my address."
"You got your own place?"
"Yeah well I stay with my brother but yeah."
Caiden nodded he passed me his phone and I saved my number then I called it so he'll know I gave him the right number.
"Does 6:30 sound good?"
"Yeah that's perfect."
"Alright let me walk you to your car."
"Thank you."
We walked over to my car he opened my door once it was unlocked I thanked him again then he closed my door. I sent a text to Khari and Nyasha telling them that I needed to talk to them. Nyasha ended up moving off of campus and coming to stay with us which I knew was bound to happen her and Khari can't stand to be away from each other and she's my best friend. I then sent Caiden my address then I was on my way home.
Once I got home I parked and got out I walked inside going to the living room seeing Nyasha and Khari cuddled up watching a movie they looked at me and paused the movie.
"So what's going on?"
"I found out Prince was cheating on me."
"What?"
"Yeah him and some female was talking and she told me that they've been dating for a month."
"Wow so that's why you spent Valentines Day alone," Nyasha spoke.
"Yep."
"Are you okay sis?"
"Yeah I'm good heartbroken but good I'll probably cry it out later so if y'all hear my sad playlist y'all already know what's going on."
"Okay."
"Get it off your chest Shanee I can feel it," Khari spoke.
"Its like after that night I told Prince that I wasn't ready to have sex he changed I thought that I was ready and then I started thinking that he stopped treating me right and loving me correctly so I changed my mind. I want my first time to be with someone who loves me unconditionally like daddy love mama, like uncle Mel love auntie Cha, like you love Ny and how our grandparents on both sides love each other."
"And you'll find that person Shanee don't give up," Nyasha spoke.
"You're right I'm young anyways so I just need to enjoy life."
"Prince say he on his way over," Khari spoke.
"Tell him to turn his ass around ain't no telling how many females he's been cheating on me with we have nothing to talk about. I'm about to go change into something comfortable oh and Caiden is coming over later for us to study for the exam in professor Williams class."
"Okay how about we make it a group study."
"That's fine with me I'll be back."
I made my way to my room to change my clothes as well as get my book and study guide.
Khari
The doorbell rung I stood up and walked over to the door I opened the door seeing Prince.
"Wassup Ky."
"Wassup Prince."
"Can I come in I want to talk to Shanee?"
"Shanee don't want to talk to you."
"We need to talk."
"Alright if you get cussed out and thrown out don't look at me."
I stepped aside and let Prince in and I closed the door I followed him to the living room.
"Shanee she didn't mean shit to me baby-," A'Shanee cut Prince off.
"Save that bullshit for someone who wants to hear it because it's not me you spent Valentines Day with her instead of me right. You've been lying and cheating on me for a whole month probably longer than that who knows. You had my entire family fool with your whole nice guy act it's over we're done go be with her and every other female you probably cheated on me with. Now get the fuck out."
"Ion know why you looking back at Ky he's not in this and no he's not going to lie and vouch for you."
"Ny is right I'm a one woman man and I got my woman."
Prince nodded and walked out closing the door behind him I told his dumbass that A'Shanee didn't want to talk to him and I don't blame him. Prince will have to see me though because I told him not to break my sister heart and he did that anyways Ima wait a few days though cause I know he think that Ima forget or that I have forgot but I haven't. A'Shanee stood up and walked to her room and Nyasha went behind her I sighed and waited a few minutes then I got up and went into her room as well she's going to need all the support right now. I hate to see the women in my life cry if it's not happy tears.
