Since me and Anthony broke up I've been over to Nate house everyday helping him out with gettig around the house while his parents worked. I didn't have to because he have siblings but I wanted to. I walked in his room from getting our food and drinks he looked up at me.
"You okay do you need your medicine?"
"Nope."
"Okay nope to which question," I asked as I sat the food and drinks down.
"Both of them."
"What's wrong?"
"I know you felt them sparks that day in the hospital."
"I did."
"So we're just not going to talk about it I know you feel the same way that i do."
I sat next to Nate.
"I do I just-," Nate cut me off.
"I just nothing just admit that you love me just as much as I love you."
"It's not that easy."
"It is just that easy you just don't want me to see you blush and turn red."
I rolled my eyes and Nate laughed.
"You okay but honestly Ri do you love me."
I looked up at Nate.
"Yes."
Nate smiled.
"I love you too."
"Where do we go from here?"
"You're mine and I'm yours and whoever you're with he gotta go."
"Me ans Anthony broke up 2 weeks ago."
"What happened?"
"He made a bet with his friends on how long it'll take him to get in bed with me then I found out that he has been sleeping with Kinslee."
"I'm tired of her ass."
"Me too but karma is going to get her."
"Right."
We started eating our food while we watched a movie on Prime video.
"You know that I'll never do that to you right?"
I looked up at Nate with a small smile.
"I know."
"When you're ready you'll let me know."
"Right."
"You think I'll be able to play basketball again?"
"Of course you will."
Thankfully Nate isn't temporarily paralyzed or paralyzed altogether but he will have to go to physical therapy not only for his arm and leg but his back as well. Since he's wheelchair and bed bound he will have to learn how to walk again.
"It's just that I've came all this way preparing myself for the up and coming season then this happens."
"We still got time before the season starts to get you right it's only June."
"And the season starts in October baby that's in 4 months."
"We're going to make sure that you be ready your therapist is coming today right."
"Yeah he's coming."
"Okay so just let him know what's up we gotta get your strength and muscles back right as far as your arm and leg goes your back is going to take some time to heal."
