Zuri
I walked into Malani room seeing her setting up her ring light I closed the door behind me and walked further into her room. She looked up at me with a smile.
"You wanna do a TikTok with me?"
"You know I do."
"Alright we're going to do the Sprite challenge."
"What's that I haven't been on TikTok recently."
"It's where we have to drink a cold Sprite for a good period of time without burping."
"Okay I'm in."
There was another knock on the door and the door opened revealing Kameron.
"What yall about to do?"
"Sprite Challenge on TikTok you wanna do it with us."
"Yeah."
Kameron came in and closed the door behind him Malani got her camera on the tripod and got it adjusted then she grabbed three Sprites off of her study desk and handed each one of us a Sprite.
"Yes I came prepared because I know that yall would come in here and want to do a challenge with me."
Me and Kameron both nodded because Malani is right alot of the videos we each have on our page is videos with all three of us. Malani went to TikTok and went to the tab to create the video. Malani started the video off then me and Kameron chimed in saying who was going to last the longest.
We all started drinking the Sprite I cleared my throat and patted my chest a little to help with me not burping about 2 minutes went by and I burped then Kameron burped lastly Malani burped we all laughed at her burp then she ended the video tagged us in the video and posted it. I was about to say something until we heard yelling we looked at each other then we made our way downstairs to see what was going on.
Melvin
Me and August have been watching Kierra and Chandra go back and forth about whether or not Kenzo should get his first haircut Kierra want to cut his hair and Chandra thinks that he should keep it so she can braid it. We both have tried to give our input but they both told us to shut up the kids came downstairs with raised eyebrows.
"What are the arguing about?"
"Whether or not Kenzo should get his hair cut or keep his hair me and ya uncle Mel been trying to give our input but they don't want it."
"Fine Cha he can keep his hair."
"See now was that hard."
Kierra rolled her eyes.
"Are yall good?"
"Nope."
"K you pregnant?"
"No."
"You sure cause you moody," I asked.
"Mel shut uop."
Kierra walked out of the kitchen and Chandra followed behind her and I looked at August.
"Bro you done got K pregnant again nephew ain't even 1 yet," I asked.
"No Mel her period is on."
"Oh."
Kierra and Chandra walked out smiling and laughing they done made up already.
"Zuri and Lani yall want to come with me and ya mama," Chandra asked.
"To where?"
"The nail salon then we're going to get back massages."
"Yeah."
They all walked out of the house I looked down at my phone seeing that I had gotten a text message from Kayden I unlocked my phone and responded back to her message.
"Time to bring out the guns Aug."
"Why?"
"KayKay got a boyfriend and they'll be coming down in 2 weeks once they're both off so we can meet him."
"Alright."
I looked back down at my phone.
"Nevermind about the guns Aug KayKay said that she gon tell K and Cha on us if we try to scare the boy."
"He shouldn't be scared but ion need K holding no pussy out on me cause she'll do it already bad enough I have to wait 3 days every month to get some from her."
"K be holding out on you too cause Cha do me the same way."
"Yep."
The front door slammed me and Aug looked at each other seconds later Chaylin appeared.
"Is mama and auntie K here?"
"Nah babygirl they just left."
"She sighed and sat down."
"Chay what's wrong?"
She shook her head.
"Chaylin Shanise La'Branch what's wrong and stop lying to me and your uncle."
Chaylin didn't say anything she went in her purse and pulled something out she sat it on the table me and August leaned closer and my eyes widen. We both looked at her and she was wiping her eyes.
"Do Jonathan know?"
"Yeah I told him after I caught him in bed with another woman."
"Oh word say less."
I sent Travis a text letting him know that me and August is about to pick him what.
"Daddy and uncle Aug please don't go after him."
"Nah Chay I told that lil nigga to not break your heart and this is what this nigga do a few weeks before yall get married nah this nigga gotta see and hear from me and your uncles."
"Uncle Smoke is in Louisiana."
"Ain't nothing to send the jet to him and he get here within the next 2 hours."
"Already got the jet heading to Louisiana to get him and I done sent him a text."
"Alright cool Chay you can either stay here and rest or go meet up with ya mama, auntie and cousins but we're going to go see Jonathan."
"I'll go meet up with mama and 'em."
"Okay."
"I'm also going to tell them the news."
"Make sure you make an appointment with your OB."
"I already did daddy."
"Alright and you're going to be alright we got you."
"Yes sir."
I walked over to Chaylin I helped her up and gave her a hug and a kiss knowing that she need it. We all walked outside August locked his house door Chaylin got in her car and drove off then me and August got in me and Chandra SUV before I pulled off I sent Travis a text letting him know that me and August are leaving and we'll be pulling up on him in about 20-30 minutes.
