I sat across from August and his lawyer we've been in silence for the last ten minutes. My lawyer cleared her throat.

"Do we have an understanding about the agreement I stated for my client?"

"Yes," August lawyer spoke.

"Okay."

My lawyer Sabrina slid over the papers I flipped to the page and signed my name. My lawyer slid the papers over to August lawyer.

"You sure this is what you want K?"

I remained silent August nodded and signed his name.

"Alright Kierra I'll call you when we have a court date."

"Thanks Sabrina."

She nodded I gathered my things and walked out of the office I quickly wiped my eyes as I headed towards the elevator.

A divorce isn't what I saw for me and August but I had no other choice when my husband decided to step out on me and have a long ass affair then instead of telling me about it had to find out about it through an interview he did with Angela Yee. When that interview was released and I started getting all of the links and notifications about it I felt embarrassed and hurt. My husband really fell in love with another woman and have been dating other women because she broke his heart he literally forgot that he had a wife and kids at home.

I've been trying for months to keep my family together through the embarrassment and hurt but my husband continue to hurt me so I can't do it anymore I have to walk away.

August is coming over to the house so we can tell the kids that we're getting a divorce.

I bumped into someone knocking my phone out of my hand. I quickly bent down and picked up I looked up at the person.

"I'm sorry."

"You're good beautiful."

I smiled and stepped around the guy and continued walking towards the exit.

After spending an hour in traffic I finally made it home I parked my car and got out locking the doors I walked up to the door and unlocked it walking in I closed the door behind me.

"Hey mama can I go to the mall with Noeshja," A'Shanee asked as she walked up to me.

"You can after me and your daddy talk to y'all."

A'Shanee rolled her eyes.

"What's wrong Shanee I saw the eye roll."

A'Shanee sighed.

"I've been lying to you mama."

"About what?"

"Daddy haven't been coming to get us we haven't seen him in weeks."

"So when I go to work where do y'all go?"

"Either auntie Cha and uncle Mel's house, mawmaw Sheila's house or to mawmaw Karen house."

I sighed.

"Okay your dad should be here soon go get your brothers and sisters."

"Yes ma'am."

I walked into the living room seeing mama Sheila she looked at me with a smile.

"How did things go?"

"We both signed the papers and we'll be getting a court date soon."

Mama Sheila nodded.

"How are you doing K?"

"I'm taking it day by day."

"Have you told Aug?"

"No."

"Are you going to tell him?"

"Tell me what," August spoke as he walked in.

"He deserves to know."

I nodded we hugged then mama Sheila walked out we heard the front door close followed by footsteps. All of the kids walked in and sat down I sat next to Khari and August kept his eyes on me.

"So what's going on mama," Khari spoke.

"Me and your father are getting a divorce."

"What," Zuri and Malani said at the same time.

"We're getting a divorce," August spoke.

"Why," Zuri asked.

"Because-," I cut August off.

"Your daddy decided to cheat on me with multiple women one of them they had a four year relationship."

They both looked at August A'Shanee, Khari and Kameron know about August infidelity. Kameron saw it on YouTube when he got on. A'Shanee and Khari saw it from Instagram.

"What does this mean for us," Malani asked.

"We're still a family daddy is just going to be living separately."

"When is the next appointment K?"

"There is no next appointment."

"What do you mean there's no next appointment?"

I closed my eyes and let out a sigh.

I stared at Kierra waiting for an answer cause I know she playing with me.

"Just what I said."

"Come on K stop playing you're 6 months pregnant with our son."

Kierra still kept her eyes closed.

"Daddy mama isn't pregnant anymore," A'Shanee spoke.

Kierra opened her eyes and looked at me I saw nothing but hurt and pain that sparkle that used to be in her eyes isn't there.

"Kenzo Ali Alsina was born July 21st at 8:50 am via cesarean he's premature and a fighter."

Kierra stood up and walked away.

"Kenzo birth weight was 2lbs and 8ounces he now weigh 3lbs and 2oz," Khari spoke.

"He's 15 1/2 inches long," Kameron spoke.

I stood up and made my way to the bedroom that me and Kierra once shared I walked in seeing her looking out the balcony doors.

"Ba-," Kierra cut me off.

"Stress is what caused me to go into labor early."

"I-I didn't know K."

She chuckled and looked at me with tears streaming down her face.

"I thought the bitch you was fucking told you since she answered your phone."

I remained silent.

"I called your phone and she answered I told her to have you to call me back but you never called."

"I'm sorry."

"Of course you are."

"Can-," she cut me off.

"You had a different lifestyle that I didn't know about, you had a whole girlfriend for 4 years who is married by the way, and then you had girlfriends too nah there's no fixing this you threw your family away."

"I love you Kierra."

"No you don't because if you did you wouldn't have cheated on me I'm your wife whatever issues or problems we was having you should've came to me but instead you turned to other women luckily you didn't catch an std and gave it to me oh yeah stop neglecting your kids for these bitches."

Kierra walked over to me and took off her rings and placed them in my hand.

"Please leave."

"K."

She shook her head and walked into the bathroom I sighed and walked out of the bedroom. I gotta fight for my family I walked into the living room seeing the kids looking at our old videos. After watching for a few minutes I turned and walked out of the living room. I fucked up my family is hurting because of me.
