"Oh my God" I muttered to myself looking outside the plane window and seeing the Australian grounds below.

I looked over to Gen who smirked to me and raised an eyebrow before looking to Luke and the three others sat behind us.

"We're home boys" I heard Calum say as Ashton began to chant 'Aussie Aussie Aussie!' and most of the plane yell back 'Oi Oi Oi!', making me laugh.

I looked back outside the window, excited for us to land.

Once we were off the airplane, the heat slams you the second you hit the Australian air. For winter weather at least.

"Okay" Gen clapped her hands before adjusting the sunglasses on her forehead, "Who's picking us up?"

"Luke's mum said she'd come over and drive us home" Michael explained as we all nodded and looked over to Luke who looked curiously guilty.

"Luke...?" I asked with a raised eyebrow, "Your mum is picking us up right?"

He looked over to me and opened his mouth before muttering any words, "I-I told her we didn't need any of her help"

A series of groans and 'Luke!'s emerged as we all began to panic as to how we're getting out of here.

"I'm sorry! It's just you guys always make fun of me and call me a Mama's Boy" he pouted having Gen walk over to him with an "Aw baby" and wrap her arms around him.

"Now what?" Calum asked.

"Ash can you drive us?" Gen looked over to Ashton who shrugged.

"I kind of need a car to drive"

"Come on guys" Michael spoke up, "It's Vanessa's first hour in Australia and so far we're showing her just how lame this country is"

"Hey! Never call Australia lame" Calum said in a 'serious' tone seeped with sarcasm.

"Don't be such a derp" Michael chuckled, pushing Calum away.

"Just call a taxi" Luke said with an arm wrapped around Gen, "I'm sure we have enough money too"

And at that we all began to pick into our pockets and bags for any change, "How much will it take for the taxi to get us to someone's house?" I asked.

"Well we're not staying at someone's house, Calum's family owns a beach house which they aren't using" Luke answered digging out the last UK pound he had in his pocket.

We went to the nearest money exchange machine to convert our pounds to Australian money. With a couple of curses slipping from Ashton's mouth as he tried to get the machine to work, we got what we needed.

"Okay Vanessa come near me" Ashton grabbed my wrist, "And just look up when you hit outside"

"Oh okay" I laughed as we walked to the doors.

I did as he told looking up to see the blue sky filled with tiny puffs of white and silent smears of light blue.

"Don't see much of that in England" Ashton said, "That's why I love Aus so much, I can see the atmosphere" he smiled to me.

"We can only afford one ride so that means two of us have to squeeze into the back" Gen told us, "Not it!" she yelled out having Luke and Ashton follow.

She elbowed me in which I yelled the words out as well leaving Michael and Calum to groan and whine.

We laughed, ready to enter the car.

"I call front seat!" I yelled out having the rest groan again.

"How did you manage to get your parents to let us stay at that beach house?" Michael asked Calum, "They don't even let you have a dog"
