~ Harry's _ POV +
When the elevator closed I bolted for the stairs, I slammed the door behind me rushing down the steps.
"Vanessa!" I yelled when I made it to the first floor seeing a flash of her brown hair head out the door. "Vanessa!" I ran after her glaring to the people who were staring at us.
She began to jog making me have to push through people to get to her.
"Excuse me, excuse. Will you move!?" I said keeping my eyes on the running girl.
I ran faster when she got into her car and heard the roar of the engine start. I yelled when she began driving away and disappearing down the road.
"Fuck!" I sat on the curb of the street pulling at the roots of my hair.
I let her go...
~ Vanessa's _ POV +
I drove down the street trying to push the sound of him calling me out of my mind but it kept replaying like a broken record.
At a red light I sighed bringing my forehead on the steering wheel.
"Try looking at the light of this Vanessa" I said to myself.
The light turned green and I stepped my foot on the gas pedal.
I had no idea where to go and no clue what to do, I wanted to call Liam but I was scared too. I finally got up the courage to park the car and reach for my phone and dial his number. It rang and rang and just when I was going to give up he picked up.
"Hello? Vanessa?" his voice came through.
"Liam...hi" I breathed tucking my long haired side of my face behind my ear.
"Is everything okay?" he asked concerned.
"Umm, yeah. I-I just need a place to stay"
"Of course, yeah. You can come right now, but um"
"What?" I asked adjusting myself in the seat.
"Sophia will be staying for a while"
"Oh yeah, it's fine" I said.
"You sure?"
"Yeah, it's okay"
We said our goodbyes and I said I would be there in ten minutes. I was a bit disappointed that Liam and I couldn't have the place to ourselves but I kind of like Sophia being honest, I wish I didn't but I did. She was good at advice.
I started up the car again and drove down the small streets I remember. I couldn't stay mad at Liam, he was my brother after all.
I parked my car in the University of Wolverhampton guest parking lot grabbing my bag and making my way up to Liam's dorm. I knocked on the door hoping he wouldn't criticize me for everything that has happened.
"Hey" he said bringing me to his arms when he opened the door.
"Hi" I managed to squeak as he pulled me inside. "Where's Sophia?" I asked noticing she wasn't here.
"She went to run some errands, so it's just you and I" he smiled, "So what's up?"
I shrugged.
"Hey, I want to apologize about what I said, it was completely rude of me and it made me look like a total ass. I didn't mean it like that"
"It's fine, and I lied"
"What?" he squinted a bit.
"He doesn't know more than you, Liam you know everything about me. But he knew too much and I lost his trust"
