"Liam" I gasped stepping away from Harry.

"What are you doing?" Liam asked keeping his glare on Harry.

"Um, Harry drove me here"

"You were at this idiot's house?"

"What did you call me?" Harry stepped toward him having me hold him back a bit.

"Can you go down stairs?" I asked him quietly.

He nodded brushing passed Liam and out the door.

"I'll ask you again Vanessa" Liam said once Harry left, "You were at that idiot's house?"

"Don't call him that" I told Liam pretending to be busy with arranging my nightstand. "And yes, I was. Is there a problem?"

"He's no good Vanessa"

"You don't know that"

"I know he was creeping on you in the damn shower Vanessa, or have you forgotten that?"

"No" I muttered.

"He's no friend of yours, I've seen him with his friends out in the schoolyard. He's up to nothing good and I don't want his influence to get to you"

"It won't, it's nothing Liam"

"Really? Because what I just saw was far from nothing" he licked his lips waiting for my reply.

The thing was I had nothing to say about it, because I didn't even know what Harry and I had. One second he's all kissing me and leaving me with some painful red patches then the next he's being completely rude and making me sad.

I swallowed the lump in my throat whilst Liam walked over wrapping his arms around me, "I just don't want to see you hurt Vanessa, you're literally my world I don't want to see it crumble down"

I nodded bringing my hands to my face and sighing, too much. Just too much for me.

"Now I'm going to take you out for lunch and you are going to like it" he smiled kissing my forehead.

I walked behind him down the stairs, "I'll be back in a while" I told Harry.

He nodded trying not to make eye contact with Liam, "You know where I am" he said hugging me tight probably not going to let me go.

"My spare key is under to loose carpeting" he whispered ever so quietly.

I nodded slightly when he let me go, I walked close behind Liam and into his car. I stayed quiet as I put my seat belt on and waited for him to start the car, but he didn't.

I looked over seeing him staring at me.

"Are you going to drive?" I asked him.

"Promise one day you'll get out of the house" he told me.

I nodded "I promise"

He held out his pinky making me giggle of our old way to keep promises and secrets, I linked my pinky with his shaking it, "I promise" I repeated.

"You know when you said you'd take me out for lunch I thought you meant as in a restaurant" I smirked to Liam as he gave me the sandwich he told me he had made whilst we sat at the park bench.

He shrugged "We're downsizing" he explained sitting next to me with a mouthful of meat and lettuce.

I scrunched up my nose playfully taking a bite of my own meal.

"I must admit though" I began, "You make a pretty good sandwich"

We both laughed.

"How long have you and him been...you know"
