32. Where The Heart Is?

"Okay the car is all packed up I just need to go out and get something" Harry walked into the flat leaning down to peck my lips.

"What are you getting?"

He swallowed "Some on the road snacks, this and that"

"Get beef jerky!" Gen exclaimed.

"You're not coming" he told her.

"Well sorry" she said sarcastically lying on the couch.

"I'll be back in a few minutes" he chuckled bringing his lips to my cheek.

I nodded walking over to Gen and piling myself on top of her.

"A week in Cheshire, try not to strangle him in his sleep" Gen giggled.

"I live with the boy Gen"

We both laughed and I got off her, "I haven't seen his family in forever" she said.

"Right, you went to Australia"

She nodded eating another almond she had in a bag.

"I'm a bit nervous though"

"Why?" she asked me.

"Well I haven't been there before and my birthday is tomorrow-"

"Your birthday is tomorrow?"

"Yeah it is" I laughed nervously.

"See now I have to get you something!"

"No you don't"

She giggled shaking her head "Did you tell Harry your birthday's tomorrow?" she asked me.

"No" I huffed tumbling down on the couch from the arm.

"Why not?"

"I don't know, it never came to conversation"

"Gifts always come to conversation in my relationship" she joked making me giggle.

"I'm back" Harry said coming back rather quickly.

He carried two plastic bags, setting one of them in the bar and taking the other to himself.

"What's in the other bag?" I asked popping an almond in my mouth from Gen's bag full of them.

"A lightbulb for the bathroom"

"The bathroom doesn't need a light bulb"

"Well it does now" he went into the bedroom.

I looked over to Gen who shrugged stuffing a handful of the nuts in her mouth.

"We have to go" Harry came back out with a carry on bag grabbing his keys.

"Tell Liam I'll call him when I get there" I hugged Gen.

"Of course"

Liam had to be held back by exams since it was Tuesday and Harry got out of work from the accident although I don't think he should be driving but I don't know where we're going exactly.

"Okay so if we leave now we'll get to Cheshire in about 3 hours or so, we'll stop for lunch then it'll take 30 minutes to get to Holmes Chapel"

"Okay, does bathroom breaks apply to this?"

"No" he said getting in the driver's seat.

After forty minutes of just sitting I was getting agitated. I had to get up, and I was bored.

"Let's do something" I said.

"What would we do?"

"I don't know, let's play that spy game"
