Irritation

"Yohoo! Anyone home?!"

Raven knew that voice. Why was she here? Why now? Raven felt she couldn't go five minutes with her life without receiving a check in from Kori every chance she had.

Kori was kind, caring and respectful. Yet, the only thing she wasn't good at was maintaining another persons rules when it comes to privacy.

Raven and Damian made it abundantly clear that they did not wish for unannounced visits or anything like that. It was a simple rule for the Titans to follow. Raven was known for being mysteriously menacing on the team and she thought that was a good advantage to that.

The only one who would always disobey that rule was Kori.

Damian referred to her as an irritation. One that would never go away and would always poke her nose where it wasn't wanted.

He remembered one time that he stayed in a room at the tower for recovery after a fight. At the time, he and Raven were not yet dating, so Damian didn't mind telling Kori what was what around him. He threw his sword into the wall and came close to impaling her through the head. Of course he had calculated and planned it out, but that didn't help with the scolding he received for that.

Since he began dating Raven, Damian has had to learn to accept Kori's presence. Despite it being annoying, he complied and just mostly stood or sat in silence.

"No, please. Go away. You damn spy, why the hell do you keep coming here?!" Damian complained while holding his face into his pillow.

Raven also rolled her eyes at Kori's terrible timing. Her and Damian had basically just woken up and it was too early. The day before was way too busy to deal with the irritation.

"Coming!" Raven yelled out. At last the doorbell stopped ringing and Damian got up with Raven and put some clothes on.

Unsurprisingly, they ended up having sex a lot the day before.

"Hello, Kori what can I help you with?" Raven absentmindedly asked. She was still rubbing her eyes, trying as hard as she could to wake up.

"That's no way to greet your best friend! Give me a hug!" Kori exclaimed as she began to practically crush Raven against her chest. Raven looked like she was going to pop.

"Koriand'r... you could've come at better times." Damian suddenly said whilst coming out of the bedroom.

"Oooo, Damian! I think you need a hug too!" Kori said as her face lit up. She let Raven fall to the floor and ran over to Damian with her arms out wide.

"If I'm going to have a hug with anyone it'll be Raven. Your armpits are smelly, don't tell me you need to use our shower." Damian sarcastically said.

"How rude! I understand saving your affection for your girlfriend, but the smell thing is just harsh!" Kori yelled. She smelled her armpits and backed off in repulsion.

"Why're you here... again?" Raven asked sinisterly.

"Oh yeah! Damiaaaaan...?" Kori began whilst looking pleadingly.

"For the last time, I'm not joining the Titans!" Damian yelled.

"Ok, well then, I guess you want the serious stuff." Kori surmised.

"Yes, obviously!" Raven said angrily. Kori was such a nice person, but boy could she be annoying.

"Well, I need a maid of honour, Raven, and I was hoping you would do me the 'honour' of being my maid of honour?" Kori said with a smile and wink towards Raven.

Damian looked on in confusion. 'What part of that seemed funny to you, idiot?!' Damian thought. More than that, he realised that Dick, his older brother, must've popped the question. 'Good luck, Grayson. I mean it.' He thought.

"Yes, Kori I'll be maid of honour. Just as long as you respect our privacy from now on." Raven answered bored.

"Awesome, no promises. See you!" Kori said as she flew off and laughed.

"She came here for that?! Raven, she's unbearable." Damian said.

"I know, I have to be nice tho. She did look after me for a while." Raven reminded him.

"Damn it." Damian muttered to himself.

Raven just walked up to him and placed her hand on his shoulder while she took his hand.

"That could be us one day, so let's be respectful." Raven told him. She could see Damian get a bit flustered and smile a bit. She maintained her own smile before they gave each other a quick peck on the lips. It deepened  into making out, but they held off another round out of fear they'd never do anything that day.

"Let's have some breakfast."
