Raven knew Dick Grayson as a mutual friend. He was the now fiancé of Kori and the adopted brother of Damian. It created expectations for a friendship to emerge between Raven and Dick.

One thing was for sure, they were never really hitting it off as friends. That never meant they didn't like each other. Raven found Dick to be a good big brother to Damian and a great person to Kori.

Raven just found Dick to be... odd. She really found it awkward between the two of them when alone. She always encouraged herself to get up to something with Damian when Dick was there to avoid the awkwardness.

Once he arrived, the same thing was to be done, stay as close to Damian as possible and do not let him go off without her.

Unfortunately, Damian wasn't keen on Dick coming and he retrieved the alcohol. He had a fairly high tolerance, but Raven was usually out after two drinks. Demons were not made for alcohol.

Once Dick arrived, she was a bit drunk.

"Hey there, Little D!" Dick greeted at the door. His warm smile and happiness was something a fiancé should feel, Raven couldn't wait for her and Damian to feel that way.

"Grayson." Damian casually stated.

"Damiiiii..." Raven began to say. Damian turned in confusion. To his shock, Raven was standing there with a nearly empty bottle of wine, holding it like a mother holds a child.

"...when are you gonna pop the questiooooon? Look how happy Mick is over there! I want us to feel that *burp* happy." Raven muttered. She was really far gone with the alcohol and she had Damian to blame.

"What's going on?" Dick said dumbfounded.

"Raven's low tolerance has kicked in. She's drunk." Damian calmly said. He was fairly used to this by now.

"Yeah because my name's not Mick."

"That's what you're worried about?"

"Dami. Hey, hey, Dami." Raven said with a grin on her face as she poked his arm.

"Yes, Beloved?" Damian asked with a small smile and his eyebrows up.

"Can we do it in front of him?" Raven cheekily asked.

"No. You're drunk and we can't traumatise Grayson. When you're sober and he's not here." He whispered.

"What if I get you drunk?" Raven mischievously asked.

"No. I'm good thanks. We'll do it tomorrow."

"In the morning?" Raven pleadingly asked. Still, she maintained her smile.

"Yes."

"Promise?"

"Yes."

"Fuck yes!" Raven excitedly exclaimed. She ran off into the kitchen excitedly and grabbed some chocolate out of the fridge to sober up.

Hangovers weren't really a thing with her. Healing powers were great for getting drunk as well it seemed.

"Um, should I come back another time?" Dick asked. His eyes wide and face pale.

"Well, let me establish this in concrete and we can end it here. Do you want me to be your best man, yes or no?" Damian frustratingly asked. He didn't really wanna be best man, but he would be if Dick wanted him to be.

"Yes. Please, Little D!" Dick begged.

"Fine." Damian conceded.

"Yes! Thanks bro." Dick said. With that he left, taking a similar exit to Kori.

"Dami..." Raven said miserably.

"What's wrong? Are you ok, Beloved?" Damian worriedly asked after looking at her tired eyes and sad facial expression.

"I feel sick." Raven stated.

"Ok, let's go the bathroom then." He suggested. Raven had drunk a lot and throwing up was common for her with alcohol.

They made there way to the bathroom and Raven threw up in the toilet. She lost most of the strength in her body after that and Damian carried her to bed.

Once in bed, she held onto Damian's hand and snuggled up to it.

"You need to get more comfortable around my family." Damian said with a smile as he looked at her, her eyes closed and small smile clear.

"You're all very intimidating, for different reasons. Dick just makes me feel awkward. It's like he doesn't trust me." Raven admitted.

"He does. It's just how he is. We all have Father's paranoia to an extent."

"Mm." Raven hummed in agreement.

She claimed she wouldn't let go of Damian's hand until he got into bed with her, which he did.

Raven held onto him tightly as if he was going to disappear and he did the same.

"Damian..." A more sober Raven said.

Damian left his eyes shut and just hummed In questioning.

"...don't forget the promise." Raven, sober, but cheekily said.

Damian's eyes shot open in shock and excitement, making sleep very difficult.

Raven learned of Damian being the best man the next day, after they fulfilled their promise and she was very supportive of that.

Life went on as usual for the next week until Donna returned and asked Damian and Raven's help in a plan she had to confess to Jon.
