"Raven."

"Mm?"

"N-never mind."

"What is it?"

"I... I love you."

"I-I love you too."

Raven awoke from her slumber. Rubbing her hand across her head. Drowsily sitting up and making her way out of bed. She gazed at the clock, three thirty in the morning, not ideal, but she wasn't getting back to sleep.

Raven glanced over at a sleeping Damian. Her expression turning to that of a comfortable smile. She quietly and gently reached over and kissed Damian's head as he slept soundly. Seeing him sleep so peacefully made her think of the life they had. Even with her powers gone she could feel his emotions so strongly and just how much he wanted to help people. How much he loved her.

It was a second after that, that she felt her stomach churn. What was coming was not good. She quickly made her way to the bathroom and lifted the toilet seat up.

As she threw everything up she thought of how long she had been vomiting. This one seemed longer than the others. After the aroma of her sick and the taste of it set, she felt her surroundings become blurry and her head go dizzy.

Raven heard nothing and saw nothing for a while. When she did, it sounded like two people were talking loudly. She opened her eyes slowly and just about made out a blurry Damian. She didn't know about the other one, but he was wearing a brownish coat and a messily done suit with blonde hair.

"She gave you her powers, you need to know how to use them!"

"Haven't I already told you that I have tried! I'm still trying!"

Whoever the other person was, they had a British accent and weren't very happy. From what Raven could tell, she must have passed out and was now in the infirmary at Titans Tower. Damian must've really panicked.

"Dami..." Raven managed to whisper out. She wasn't fully awake and felt very tired.

"Raven! Are you ok?" Damian hurriedly asked her.

"I'm tired. Who's that guy?" Raven asked pointing to the man.

"That's John Constantine. He was supposed to help me heal you but, he's fairly useless." Damian said with disdain.

"You need to learn, you bugger! Sitting there holding her hand and hoping ain't gonna do shit." John explained.

"I don't know how to heal yet! It's as simple as that! And you're not helping, so piss off until you're useful!" Damian yelled at John. Raven held her finger up to her ear and groaned in pain.

John soon disappeared and held his middle finger up as he did.

"You called John?" Raven asked quietly.

"Kori did. She thought he could teach me how to heal you, but he said that you needed to teach me. Not very useful when you're the one I'm trying to heal." Damian explained as Raven laughed towards the end.

"Yeah that sounds greeeeaaaat." Raven humorously commented.

Damian looked on at her worriedly. His expression told Raven that he had probably been panicking since he found her. From what she could tell by the clock, it had been five hours since she fell unconscious. Plenty of time for Damian to shit himself.

Raven squeezed his hand and shot him a reassuring smile. It was one that Damian reciprocity, but only very weakly.

"Raven, I think... it'd be best if I gave you your powers back. It's your decision like I said, but that's just what I think."

Raven looked at him with wide eyes. She understood why, but it was hard for her. She didn't even know why. Or not like, she refused to accept why.

"...Ok."
