It was that time. Time to wake up and face another normal day. As far as a normal day went for Raven anyway. Wake up, try to resist having sex with Damian again and wait, leave to go to the book store, come home and read, superhero stuff and then to bed whilst probably having sex with Damian. Normal.
Raven thought about that though. Her desire to stick to that for the day was decreasing and her desire for something different was prevailing.
After waking up she was greeted by the sight of Damian naked on the covers and making a funny pose where he was on one knee with his head against the pillow. It was a hard sight to describe, but Raven found it hilarious.
Her laughing was quiet, it was still early. She rose out of bed and stumbled over her black lingerie from the night before, torn and in pieces. She'd have to buy a new one if it weren't for her backup ones, Damian did that a lot.
As she made her way to the kitchen she opened a cupboard and began making some breakfast. It was a strange feeling for her to be the only one up and doing something. She found a calmness mixed with a wariness. Her senses telling her something wasn't quite right.
She donned her leotard and teleported to the roof of the twenty story apartment. An odd chill down her spine emerged and she took a defensive stance.
A portal of black and red materialised and some sort of boy appeared to walking through. The walk suggested he was smug, arrogant and probably powerful. If he knew who Raven was then he had to be powerful.
"My goodness! I've found you!" The boy said. His voice raspy and posh, accompanied by a sinister smirk.
"Who the hell are you?" Raven asked. An answer was not demanded, but requested as she held an orb of energy in her palm, prepared to attack.
"Now, now. There is no need for violence. I am simply here to talk... for now. For starters, you don't know who I am." The boy gathered. He walked closer and began to circle around Raven as she held her defensive position.
"You better talk quick, I'm not one for my patience." Raven threatened.
"Oh-ho I would expect nothing less from Trigon's favourite child. The name is Jason Blood." He replied. He took a bow in front of her and reached for her hand. Raven quickly punched his face in retaliation.
"Jason Blood?! What the fuck are you doing here?! You are loyal to my father!" Raven angrily yelled. She was boiling with rage just by the mention of his name.
"Oh my dear Raven, if only you knew how long I've searched for you. I am here to take you for my own of course, you will be my bride and I will finally gain Trigon's favour. Maybe a little me or you as well." Blood said with a cackle. The red aura from the portal encompassing a larger area.
Raven thought quickly and avoided stepping into the enlarged portal. She fired off as many attacks as she could, reaching him as much as she could whilst he was moving through the portal.
"I will never be yours, Blood! Never!"
"We'll see." Blood stated as he submerged himself through his portal which quickly closed.
Raven rushed inside and made sure to warn Damian. To her surprise, he was not there. All that was there was a note and a box.
"Oh you fucking didn't." Raven muttered to herself.
'Bring yourself in this lovely dress, to the church closest to here. I will deliver the boy toy's safety once we commence the ceremony!'
