Raven hadn't stopped smiling. The smile that was on her face was priceless for Damian. It had been plastered on her face and he loved it. She had never looked so happy.

Damian felt the same smile exist on his face. As soon as Raven announced that she was pregnant Damian hadn't been able to keep his emotions hidden. He was so happy he would be a father.

The two of them laid on the bed. Raven laying on her back atop Damian. Their fingers intertwined over Raven's stomach.

Raven couldn't wait for their child to be born and would do absolutely anything for it. Her main goal was to ensure that the child she gave birth to would be happy and that Raven would be a good mother.

"How about Caesar?" Damian asked.

"You wanna name out child the main ape form Planet Of The Apes? Damian, I don't think so." Raven replied humorously.

"I was thinking of Julius Caesar, but ok then. Alexander?"

"Are you under the assumption that it's gonna be a boy? Alexander the Great gonna be born?"

"Alexander is a good name. Also, I have a name for a girl."

"Oh yeah? What is it?"

"Victoria."

Raven nearly facepalmed at that point. Damian had named people from history and that was it. It was a long process and they could think more about it in the future. For now, they had more to think about.

"We should be talking about when the baby is due. Nine months works for a human, but I'm half demon. I have no idea when they'll be born." Raven explained.

"I'm sure a doctor can have a look. I guess they can tell how far along you would be for a human and put it in perspective of your demon heritage."

"Oh, so you mean if I'm two months in I might be more or less far along depending on how fast the baby's grown?"

"Exactly."

Raven got it. The baby could be ready to come out in three months or take longer and be ready in twelve months. They'd be sure to find out soon.

"I'm gonna need to take down the League sooner. I'll need to find my mother and get her to tell me how to defeat the spirit of Ra's. Then I'll end their threat." Damian said darkly as his purple eye flickered red from anger.

"Dami... you need to be careful. If you let too much anger get to you, you'll lose control of your powers and they may to you what they did to me." Raven said cautiously.

Damian did seem to calm down and just smiled down at Raven before kissing her. This would be the part where they'd have sex, but they decided they'd wait until the baby was born. However hard that was.

Damian heard his phone go off, much to their disappointment. Once he looked, he sighed in frustration and could see the upset look in Raven's eyes.

"I thought he wasn't gonna call you for drinks anymore?"

"So did I." Damian said frustratedly.

"What do you want, Todd? I told you I can't drink with you anymore."

Jason Todd nearly got a beating from Raven the last time they saw him. She had more than enough of Jason stealing Damian away for drinks and getting him drunk.

"Hey, Little D. Yeah I wish I could drink right now. Oh, hold on. Fuck off you dumb bastard, I'm gonna rip your fucking head off and throw it at your dick!" What followed were the sounds of gunshots.

Damian understood this was not a social call, it was an emergency call. Jason had clearly screwed something up and needed some help. He didn't want to, but Raven's expression told him he should help him.

"Where are you? I'll come and help you."

"The bank. Bank heist, undercover. Well, was undercover. All went to shit." Jason said before firing his gun again.

"Dumbass." Damian said before ending the call.

"Be careful, Dami."

"Aren't I always? I love you." Damian said as he put his uniform on and kneeled on the window.

"I love you too." Raven said with a smile before kissing him.

Damian then let himself fall out of the window and was now headed to help his adoptive brother.

Phone nearly dead. I don't have much charge myself. 😂
