Raven watched as Damian slept. He'd been moved back home and she just couldn't leave him alone. She laid there with him, not sleeping, but watching. She watched and tried to understand what happened.

Raven rarely came out of her rage states with a solid memory of what happened. Having your anger be personified, literally, and takeover your body for a short while made remembering it difficult.

Raven couldn't remember her own states of anger well, so she didn't know much of how the darker side of her took over. Seeing Damian snap for a short amount of time really made her understand.

Raven had her demon form and her darker form. Her demon form was still her and one stage closer to becoming the darker form. Damian skipped straight to darker. That was trouble.

Raven looked on worryingly at her fiancé, who didn't look to be sleeping too peacefully. He was twitching a lot and his eyebrows were furrowed.

Raven continued to think. Until, it hit her. Damian couldn't go into a demon form. It was impossible. Why? He's human. Raven is half human and half demon. That meant that the barrier between the two forms was non existent and Damian could go into a darker form a lot more than Raven.

"Get out of my head!!" Damian shouted as he launched up.

Raven was pulled out of her thoughts and immediately went to tend to Damian. She grabbed a confused and tired Damian by the cheeks and pulled him into a gentle kiss. One that Damian melted into instantly.

After pulling away, they looked each other in the eyes and Damian identified the worried expression in Raven's eyes. He had to be an idiot not to see that look now.

"I'm ok. Really, I am." Damian tried to reassure Raven.

Raven meekly shook her head no. Her eyes shut and a tear making it's way down her face.

"I did this. If I had been more prepared then this wouldn't have happened." Raven whispered.

"What are you talking about?"

"I'm half demon, Dami. When I had my powers my anger was blocked from my dark form by my demon form. The one where I look a little different, but I'm still me." Raven explained.

"And since I'm not half demon..."

"You don't have that barrier from your dark form."

Damian understood. There was no denying that it was a bad situation. If he was half demon too then it'd be fine, but he was only human.

"I'm sorry, Dami. I'm really... really sorry. If I had thought about this earlier then..." Raven was cut off by Damian's lips on hers.

Raven could never think when that was happening. She couldn't stop the tears from coming down her face though. Damian did that as he used his thumb to wipe them away.

"It's not your fault. You didn't know."

"How can you say it's not my fault?"

"Because you didn't mean it. You didn't know. How could you have known? This is just something we can't help." Damian reasoned.

Raven let her head fall to Damian's shoulder as she cried. All Damian could do was wrap his arms around her and stroke her head in an attempt to comfort her.

"Should I take them back?" Raven whispered.

"That's up to you. We can work it out, but it comes down to you. We don't know how the baby will respond to your powers suddenly returning. Don't let me decide for you though." Damian said.

He had a fair point. Raven getting her powers back whilst pregnant would be something that they'd need to think about. It could be dangerous. Not to mention Damian's body would go through another dramatic change. His purple eye was permanent from what Raven worked out, but his strength and speed would be lowered a lot.

"You don't have to decide now. We'll think about it ok? I don't mind if I have your powers or you do." Damian told her.

"Ok. We'll think about it."

"Ok." Damian said as he came face to face with her again.

Damian revealed a comfortable smile that told her everything would be alright. It worked and Raven responded with a smile that told him she was thankful and glad.

"I love you, Raven."

"I love you, too, Dami."

After another kiss, they embraced and laid down. Finally, they enabled themselves a time to relax. And in that time, they just decided that they should just wait to decide and just enjoy the moment.

Raven warmly tucked into Damian's arms. Damian bringing his arm round to Raven's stomach a lot, a gesture that made them both smile.
