Saturday.

"Welcome to my humble abode." Patrick greeted Eddie and Luna as he let them in his front door. Patrick stayed in quite a nice neighborhood, in a small black house with white beams across the building.

"Thank you, kind sir." Luna laughed as Eddie wrapped an arm around her neck and kissed her cheek. They maneuvered their way down a small hallway and into a room where Kat sat with her feet up on the table as she sat scrolling on her phone. Nathan doing the same on the small sofa chair across from her.

"Um, manners Kat." Luna told her with wide eyes.

"Oh good, you're here!" She stretched out her arm and opened and closed her hand rapidly until Luna got to her. She pulled her down beside her and grinned.

"Yeah okay, hello to you too." Eddie told her with wide eyes before he sat down beside Luna.

"Oh sorry. Hi Eddie." Kat nodded before grabbing Luna closer.

"Did Patrick pick you up - "

"He almost kissed me!" Kat quickly whispered into Luna's ear. "Stoner dude interrupted us." She told her with wide eyes. Luna glanced to an obviously half stoned Nathan who was not phased as he scrolled on his phone.

"Boldness, be my friend." Luna simply told her as she patted her arm.

Patrick walked into the living room and sat down a case of beer before letting out an overly exaggerated sigh as he sat down on another sofa chair.

"Is anyone hungry? I could order something?" He asked.

"Sure, I could eat. Just do what you guys usually do at the weekend..." Luna nodded and smiled.

Nathan began to laugh a little before he cleared his throat. "We play video games and drink a couple of beers. It's nothing special I'm afraid." He then grinned before turning to Patrick. "I'll have an extra large Hawaiian with some mushrooms and...black olives!" He pointed.

"Yeah sure buddy." Patrick nodded and rolled his eyes which made Eddie laugh.

"Ew." Kat commented.

"Hey, don't hate on having some juicy pineapple on your pie!" Nathan told her.

"I meant olives." She stared right at him before rolling her eyes.

"Usual for you Eddie?" Patrick asked as he dug out his phone from his pocket.

"Double pepperoni and jalapeno?" Luna then asked him and he looked at her and smiled.
"We'll take a large, and split." He told Patrick before nudging Luna. "You remembered." He chuckled as he wrapped his arm around her.

"Of course, hard to miss that order." She giggled.

"Can we split an order? I'll have anything but fish...and olives." Kat smiled as she munched on some sweets.

Patrick nodded and smiled before he frowned. "Um, Kat? Where did you get the candy?" He then glanced at Nathan.

"It was on the table." She shrugged.

"Aw man! My stash!" Nathan cried out as he sat up. "Kathleen, what the fuck man!" He tutted making her drop the small bag.

"What do you mean stash?! Is that drugged candy?!" She gasped as she looked at everyone. Luna and Eddie held on to each other with wide eyes as they tried not to laugh.

"Oh my god, Luna I'm gonna go crazy!" She stood up and started to panic.

"Hey look at me Kat you're going to be fine!" Patrick rushed over to her as he tried not to laugh. "Look, you're...going to be a little bit light headed soon. You're going to be fine though, I'm here!" He told her.

"Look, Luna's here! Everyone's here." He reassured her.

Eddie laughed quietly into Luna's shoulder as she waved to Kat.

"Yeah. Okay, yeah. I'm going to be fine...I'm cool." She nodded as she slowly sat down again and started to run her fingers through her hair. "I'm fine. I'm fine." She repeated trying to convince herself.

"If she doesn't calm down soon, she's going to end up seriously paranoid." Eddie quietly spoke, loud enough for Patrick to hear.

Luna sighed as she took Kat's hands. "Hey, why don't we get some food and play some music? We're here to have fun right? Come on, we're going to be fine." She reassured Kat as she squeezed her hands and watched as a slightly dazed Kat smiled.

"Seriously guys?" Luna then looked at the guys before rolling her eyes and sighing. "Get me a glass of water, quickly." She then told them.

The three of them looked at each other before Patrick dived out.

Eddie sighed as he wrapped his arms around Luna's waist and rested his head on her back.

"There's no way I'm getting high with you idiots." She giggled.

Patrick returned with a bottle of water and knelt down in front of Kat, which turned Luna's attention back to Eddie. "You don't need too, I just want to kiss you all night." He told her quietly as he ran his hand across her cheek before kissing her.

-

A couple of hours had passed. The music was on loud and cancelling out any possible chance of a low tone conversation. Patrick and Kat danced around the living room together, her mood dramatically changed from paranoid to carefree. She laughed, shouted and danced.

Nathan sat on his own, happily content as he played on a handheld video gaming device. His eyes were bloodshot and a small smile sat on his face as he flicked his thumbs around.

Eddie came in from the kitchen with a glass of some type of soda, a blunt hanging from between his lips as the small smoke trail followed him. He handed over the glass to Luna with a smile as he sat back down beside her.

"Thank you. Sorry I'm not a beer person." She giggled before taking a sip.

"Don't apologize, it's all good." Eddie chuckled as he removed the roll up from his mouth as leaned in to kiss Luna's cheek. He kissed her again and again before moving in towards her lips. She laughed, swiping the blunt from his hand and shaking her head.

"Chill, I'm going to have chapped lips tomorrow." She laughed before taking a puff.
"I really don't think this is doing much to me. My mouth is just really dry." She sighed before passing it back to him.

Eddie shook his head as sat back and smiled. "You've been laughing all night, Luna." He glanced at her as she giggled.

"I haven't..." She then nodded. "Okay, maybe a little but I laugh all of the time." She shrugged.

"You laughed at your glass for nearly twenty minutes because of the carbonated bubbles." Eddie looked at her before taking a sip from a beer bottle.

Luna began to laugh again before she gasped. "Oh no. I forgot, how are we going to get home?" She looked at him with wide eyes. The both of them stared at each other before they started to laugh.

"Shit, didn't think about that. We'll be okay, don't worry." Eddie sighed.

"We'll be okay. I'll be okay. I'm with you, I know I'm always okay when I'm with you." Luna grinned at him as she leaned into him before pecking his cheek.

Eddie grinned at her before wrapping his arms around her in a tight embrace. "I'm glad you think so." He whispered.
