Prom night.
"You really do look like a fruit cake." Kyle laughed as he laid, sprawled over Luna's bed as he snacked on chips.
Kat turned around to look at him.
"Why are you still in here?" She asked, frowning.
"It's my big sisters senior prom, it's a very important night." Kyle mocked as he grinned.
"Keep going the way you are, and you will be spending your senior prom alone in a bucket of ice cream." Kat told him.
"Kat!" Luna choked out.
Kyle sat up as he widened his eyes. "Okay chill, I'll leave you alone. Jeez." He held his hands up before leaving the room.
Kat sighed as she looked at Luna and shrugged. "Just the facts." She then turned back around and examined herself in the mirror. She had on a baby pink dress with spaghetti straps. It had a bow sewn into the waist, as it pulled in to give a flattering look.
"We look hot and we're going to rock this prom!" She then grinned and looked over at Luna who was finishing up tonging her hair into loose curls. "You don't look like a fruit cake, but I definitely look like a marshmallow." She burst out laughing with Luna.
"Girls! Your chaperon awaits!" Luna's dad voice echoed up the stairs as Kat frowned.
"Oh god, are we going to be squashed into Eddie truck?" She asked before gasping. She grabbed her handbag as the girls exited the room.As they walked down the stairs a flash went off and they gasped as Luna's parents stood. Her mom with a camera and a satisfied grin.
"You girls look beautiful!" She told them. "Quick, I want another one." She held up the camera. The girls glanced at each other before they smiled, and another flash went off. Kyle stood beside his parents with his hands in his jogging bottoms.
"Are you sure you and the boys don't want to crash tonight?" Luna asked him, resting a hand on his shoulder with a mischievous grin.
"Nah, me and the guys got a night full of D&D. Eddie's told me a few secrets to finally defeating a dark wizard..." He smiled. "Besides, I think Eddie will crash it enough. I hope." He winked.
Luna nodded as her dad opened the front door. The girls turned and saw a fancy black car sitting outside. Glossy paintwork and ribbon decorating its bonnet and trunk. The side door opened and Eddie popped his head out, accompanied with his cheeky grin.
"What is this?" Luna laughed as she looked at her parents. They both winked at her. Typical.
Patrick, Eddie and Nathan got out of the car and smiled. Patrick was done up in a black suit and white shirt. Nathan had a chocolate brown colored suit, which surprisingly suited him. Eddie walked up to Luna slowly as he stared at her.
"Oh god...what?" She asked alarmed.
"You look gorgeous." He simply told her.
"Aw, thank you. You don't look half bad." She joked as she looked at him. He was wearing smart trousers and a black dressy jacket with a white shirt. His top button unbuttoned and a silver chain was visible.
"Okay guys! Let me get a few pictures!" Lois called out as everyone merged together.
"You're very handsome. That's not difficult though." Luna whispered into Eddie's ear as they connected arms in the train they all formed.
He grinned as he stared at her.
A few flashes went off. They managed to get some group pictures, pictures with Luna's parents and even Kyle got in a couple of photos. Finally they were ready to leave as they all packed into the fancy car.
