Morning Routine 💵⭕️

An alarming beep from the nightstand woke Kurapika up. He rolled out of Leorio's grasp begrudgingly as he always did, to smack the clock off, before laying down with a huff his eyes still closed.

He breathed out a harsh sigh, and that welcomed Leorio to scooch towards him, pressing a lazy kiss to his cheek.

That lazy kiss soon turned into a gentle loving kiss on his lips, and made its way down Kurapika's neck. Kurapika couldn't help but giggle in this morning ritual.

"Okay okay c'mon let's get up" Kurapika tried to roll away from his lover, but Leorio held tight to his waist, his fingertips brushing his lower back.

"5 more minutes" Leorio groaned, but even after saying that he started to get up, keeping his eyes closed.

Kurapika began making the bed, as Leorio made his way downstairs in only a pair of boxers. Kurapika watched as he walked away, especially looking at his butt.

After the bed was ready, Kurapika followed Leorio down the stairs, the smell of food driving him. "Making eggs, want some toast as well, Sunshine?" Kurapika gave a quick hum of approval as he sat down.

Leorio sat down 2 plates on the table and Kurapika immediately began to eat, not even waiting for a cup of orange juice to be placed beside his plate.

Leorio chuckled every time Kurapika began eating, he always acted like a feral cat not knowing when his next meal would be, yet he always seemed so distinguished as he ate.

Leorio took his time to eat his food, casually talking to Kurapika about their plans that week and what he was going at work that day, and after they are Kurapika picked up their dishes and Leorio headed up stairs to get dressed.

Kurapika washed the dishes and began making a coffee for Leorio. Just as he poured him a thermos full of coffee he heard the rushing footsteps of Leorio coming towards the kitchen.

Kurapika handed him the cup and warned him it was hot, but everytime Leorio took a sip burning his tongue. "Lunch is in the fridge" Kurapika told him as the time was quickly nearing Leorio's leave.

"Thanks Pika" he began heading out. Kurapika poked his cheek out, as usual, and Leorio leaned down and gave him a quick peck. "I love you, be safe" Leorio pushed his rushed actions giving him a sincere goodbye.

"I love you too, Leorio" Kurapika stood on his tiptoes and gave him with soft kiss, earning a huge grin. Leorio looked at his watch and ran towards the door. "Have a good day" Kurapika yelled as he heard the door open and slam shut.

And with that, their morning routine was done.
