He brushed passed me and his cologne lingered around me.
I breathed it in and looked behind me at the back of his head, he was talking to the trolley lady.
As soon as he made sign of turning around I went to the side and looked down at my papers, or should I say, Diggory's letters of confession to me?
He sped past me.
I looked behind to where he was just moments ago. I eyed the trolley lady.
I decided I'd buy a frog or two.
As I walked down the corridor and stopped behind her I heard girls giggling about him in the compartment next to me. The door was slightly ajar.
"There's a certain shyness that I like about him." One girl had said.
I narrowed my eyes at the bow of the trolley cart lady's pink apron behind her back.
"And he's tall, what more could you need?" Another girl added. More giggles erupted.
I tapped the lady on the shoulder.
"You've come back?- Oh!" She had exclaimed, looking up at me slightly. She was a short lady.
"At least I don't have to crane my neck so much this time eh?" She chuckled to herself. "What would you like dear?"
"A dozen frogs." I blurted out, hearing the 5th years erupt in giggles. I restrained myself from rolling my eyes. I felt heat on my cheeks.
"Of course, here you go." She gave them to me quick, taking the money from my hands as I gave them to her. I smiled, pocketing the change.
"Thank you." I nodded taking the dozen frogs, half in one hand with my papers and the other half in my other hand.
I turned and quickly sped back to my compartment before I dropped any of the frogs.
I slid the compartment door open with the side of my arm and entered. "Hey." I breathed, dumping the frogs in an empty seat and putting the papers in my bag carelessly, taking a seat.
"Why so many frogs?" Pansy asked, reaching over to grab one carefully, eyeing me. I chuckled.
"Why complain? It's chocolate!" Grinned Daphne. She reached over and I gave her one.
"Fair point. I just blurted out a dozen for some odd reason." I smiled, thinking for a moment. Malfoy had been on my mind and I was also listening in on the 5th years, so that was probably why.
I looked out the window and the sun was setting, I figured I should sleep. I propped my feet up and rested my head against the window, and I could feel a constant soft vibration that put me to sleep.
