He was unexplainable.
His features were utterly unexplainable, the type of looks you cannot describe, and the type of beauty that someone had and that you saw in them but they never even saw in themselves.
I hope I made sense, but beauty doesn't make sense.
Unexplainable features, but I always tried putting them into words. Platinum hair as white as the snow, even in the dark it stood out, you could see it, it contrasted against his pale skin so well, it complemented him so well, and it suited him.
His eyes always searched everywhere, and never stood in one place, it was always exploring: his silver eyes were always exploring.
Tall, taller than me, holding me with his strong but gentle arms, his slender fingers just grip my hip ever so slightly, but I feel it.
"-and, I do love the rain. I used to hate it, hate the rain, but sitting by the window while it rained nowadays, I loved it." I finished to him, rambling.
"As sad as it is I think my love for the rain developed through my experiences and not my pure likes." He explained, and I understood.
It was the same for me.
I never liked the rain, actually I hated it. My experiences, as he explained, have made me understand and sympathise with the rain, the sadness but comfort of it.
"And anyways, a steak is a reasonable answer for a favourite food." He brought up my previous answer, when he'd asked me my favourite food, and I had said 'steak' which resulted in him giggling.
"Oh okay then Mr Malfoy, enlighten me on your favourite food." I sighed, tilting my head to the side, but I loved it when he smiled back defeatedly.
"Steak." He answered smiling.
"Then why did you laugh at my choice!" I whispered quietly with a smile, smacking his shoulder lightly. I couldn't ever help it but smile.
"It was just funny that we had the same favourite likes of food." He brought my hips in closer.
I rolled my eyes and he laughed.
"Might be a personal question." He offered.
"Go ahead." I waited for the worst, but not before he twirled me around.
The night was still young, there were still a crowd of students dancing the night away.
"I know of your father, but where is your mother? Forgive me." He asked slowly.
I guess it was only right to answer, since he told me he killed his own father.
I wish I killed my own father, maybe that is a story for another time. Dark, but I mean it.
I smiled wearily, and was truly about to answer, but not before my eyes landed on the narrow door that was slightly ajar, and I noticed a figure in the hallway.
And he looked right at me.
In his black cloak, his dark black hair, it was him, and my heart dropped.
He ran as soon as he saw me, his eyes widened.
Draco had followed my eyes a second after I presumed. I grabbed his shirt roughly.
"That was my father, he's still in the school, we have to go get him." I started to pull him towards the door but he held my wrist.
"Y/n, McGonagall is right behind us, surely we can bring her with us?" He asked. I nodded, and looked behind him, but she was not there. I gripped his shirt tighter as I became a bit angry, or frustrated, or scared, that this was happening.
"She's not there.. come on." I brought out my wand.
"Y/n, not so rough, maybe another time." He cracked a joke, at a time like this. I couldn't help but sigh my smile away.
He grabbed my wrist from my grip on his shirt and held my hand instead, now leading the way out with his wand.
"Oooh, where are the lovebirds off to?" I heard Nott say from behind me.
We turned, and our friends faced us.
