I rushed down the halls, not wanting to be late to Defence Against the Dark Arts, when someone fell into step with me.

"Malfoy, hi." I huffed, picking up my pace.

He of course didn't look puffed out, as he was tall with long legs to take one step when I had to take two.

"Hello." He said. He put his arm out in-front of me to slow me down. "It's okay, slow down." He grabbed the books I was holding in my hands and carried them for me as we continued on.

"Thank you.." I was skeptical of him. He smirked slightly.

I saw him most of the day in my classes and the day went by fairly quick.

"Just admit you like him already!" Daphne whispered ferociously to me at dinner with Pansy.

"Stop it's been 5 days of school!" I retaliated in the same tone.

"You barely spent any time with us during class because.. you were too busy-"

"-too busy looking at Malfoy!" Daphne cut Pansy off. They both looked at me. I fiddled with my hair.

"We're just friends." Pansy rolled her eyes.

"I understand that but I think you need to be careful." She discreetly pointed her thumb behind her, to where Diggory was sitting.

I sighed and looked away, rolling my eyes as he was already looking at me.

"If he does it one more time I'll have to tell him to back off." I looked at Daphne who rolled her eyes.

"I promise!" I said.

"He's been trying to get you to go on a date with him for how long?" Pansy asked.

I sighed. "I feel bad. He just wants to go out with me."

"He wanted to rat us in last year when we were involved with the Dark Lord.." Daphne whispered, her hand pointing to all of us.

"And I went out with him that time, and he backed off." I replied with the same tone.

"For like two weeks.." Pansy said. "It's time you report him."

"Well he's left me alone the past 5 days so I think he's given up." I shrugged, tracing the detailings of the wooden table.

Daphne slammed the table lightly to get my attention. "Girl, tell the truth."

I looked up at her, then to Pansy.

"He sent me letters while I was on the train, and before hand also." I admitted, with my head down.

"If you won't report it I will." Pansy said getting up, but I reached over the table to shove her down.

"I'll do it.." I paused. "eventually."

"I mean he's looking at you right now.." Daphne said.

"Fine, once more.. and I'm going, I promise."

And you know what, this time I really did promise.

Daphne nodded and leaned back. Pansy huffed, her fist was closed on the table as she continued her dinner.

I tucked my hair behind my ear as I felt my cheeks becoming hot and I was flustered. I peered to the side and surely enough, Diggory was still eyeing me.

There's something that I haven't told anyone but my two friends. And to anyone else, I think I owe them an explanation.

Ever since the TriWizard tournament, Cedric Diggory, has not left me alone.

It's not just a crush but I think an obsession, as every holiday he does not stop sending me letters, offering to take me out, and even threatening me so I could go out with him.

Honestly, I'm scared. And I'm surprised he hasn't done anything yet to harm me. But it could be any day now.
