The next day was a Quidditch day. I woke up bright and early, sighing into the morning crisp breeze.

It was great. When Slytherin played Quidditch, my friends and I went all out, it was fun to watch.

We went out to the pitch, and into the stands. I overlooked the green grass waiting for the game to start. It was Ravenclaw VS Slytherin.

I eyed the stands and I saw Malfoy sitting with his two friends and I waved, he waved back and looked away to the front as the game started.

"Here they come." Daphne sat up in her seat, admiring the cute Slytherin Quidditch guys. Pansy rolled her eyes laughing at her behaviour.

I paid full attention, not realising how I felt a few pairs of eyes on me. I brushed it off, as it must have just been me.

The game finally had finished, with Slytherin winning. Later on in the day, they would VS Hufflepuff. I almost didn't want to show up.

I walked down out of the stands and split from my friends, telling them I would meet them at lunch. I just needed to goto the bathroom.

As I was making my way through the crowds, on the way there, Diggory caught up to me. I kept walking. I wasn't going to stop for the likes of him.

"You'll cheer me on at the game after lunch won't you?" He asked, leaning in to try looking me in the eyes, whereas my eyes were straight ahead to the floor, my arms crossed.

"Yeah maybe." I mumbled, speeding up a bit.

He grabbed my shoulder and turned me around. I sighed, annoyed, pushing his hand off roughly. I crossed my arms.

"What?!" I asked. I was even more annoyed than the last times after my conversation with Pansy and Daphne. Enough was enough.

We were still in the large crowds, so he couldn't do anything to me. He wouldn't dare.

"Did you get my gifts over the holidays? I thought you'd like that diamond necklace." He looked to my neck to see that I was in fact not wearing it. "I sent you many letters also, did you read those?"

I rolled my eyes and they landed on Malfoy who was a few meters behind, his friends talking to themselves, leaving Malfoy to look at me.

Confusion was etched upon his face. I could clearly tell he was confused, and was studying the situation.

I didn't want him to see me with Diggory, afraid he would put the pieces together.

"No I didn't," I whispered, looking at him in the eyes with anger and annoyance. "Your fancy gifts, diamonds, and jewels won't win me over!" I almost growled.

He looked taken back, like this was the first time I'd told him this. He shook his ahead, looking at me with anger.

"I'm spending so much money on you, the least you could do is say thank you and give me a chance Y/n."

"I did give you a chance, an unfair one, as it was clearly blackmail! And it's Y/l/n to you, Diggory!" I almost yelled, but kept my voice lowered so no one could hear this embarrassing conversation.

I turned away, he tried grabbing my arm again but I pushed him off, rushing away.

I was embarrassed. Malfoy must have seen all of that.
