Johnny: When he's sad, he'll just go absolutely silent. He won't say one word about how he's feeling or anything like that. He just won't talk, and he'll just mope. He'll only open up after the third time you ask him, "What's wrong?"
Dally: He'll slam something, hit someone, rob a bank - anything to take his anger out. Because he's never sad, he's just mad.
Pony: He'll lock the door to his room and cry into his pillow🥺
Soda: He'll just smoke tons of cigarettes. If you ask him, "Are you ok?" or something like that, he'll immediately pull you to him and start crying into your neck.
Darry: You won't even be able to tell he's sad. He'll be a bit quieter and more abrupt than usual, but otherwise, he's the same old Darry. He won't ever cry in front of anyone, he'll just hold it in.
Steve: He'll be on the verge of tears all the time, but he won't ever let them fall.
Two-Bit: He'll space out. He'll be looking at the ceiling, a random plant, anything to take his mind off what's making him sad. But when you ask him to talk to you about what's bothering him, he'll crack. He'll start crying and tell you everything.
