"One day you'll have a girlfriend and let me tell you, I'll test her."

"Hey, Musa. Welcome to Alfea", I smile at her, "I'm Scar, supposed to be your mentor but also a good party buddy if needed." "Hey, Scar and thanks already. That sounds like fun. I hope you're my room mate as well?"

"So to speak. I have my own room because I grew up here and you'll share a room with Terra but she's great. Bloom and Aisha share a room and Stella got her own room as well." "Isn't Stella older than us?", she wonders. Well, she came informed.

"You like to know what's going on, huh?", I chuckle, "She is, but me as well and we're best friends. I grew up here so I've always had this room." "You grew up here?", Musa repeats surprised as I show her around the specialists' pond and lead us back to the school's library, "Why? How?"

"Saul is some kind of father to me. He raised my brother Sky and I." "I've heard about Sky", Musa tells me and I laugh. "Who hasn't?" Musa understands what I'm trying to say and laughs with me. Everyone knows my brother. He's the typical hot specialist and girls talk about him a lot, even when they're not going to this school.

Social media is also available in Alfea. "Well, and here's the dining hall. Are you going to the party tonight?" "I thought about going, yes. What about you?" "I'll be there but I might come later. I'll see someone beforehand." "I understand, you were raised here but you also know how to sneak away?", Musa grins and I nod. "I know every inch of this building."

After I've showed Bloom and Musa around, I meet Sam at the end of Alfea's property where no one would find us. "How was you first day back here?", Sam smiles as I rest my back on his chest. "Just like any other day at this place", I sigh not wanting to waste our time by talking about school, "Hey, tomorrow's the welcome party. Would you join me?"

I hear Sam sighing behind me and the joy that I've felt immediately drops. "Scar", he begins softly, "You know.. Terra." "Sam, she's your sister and she lives with me. If I don't have a problem with her knowing, why do you?"

"It's not only Terra. Sky also and my dad and Saul.." "Are you ashamed of me?", I assume as he's always finding another stupid reason that never seems to be the right one. I can feel when he's lying to me. "No! No, of course not."

"It doesn't matter anyways", I sigh and stand up to get back but Sam holds me. "Scar, don't go now." "No, it's fine. I just.. I understand you, you know. Sam, the perfect student, perfect son, perfect fairy with Scar, whose name describes her whole life. It's fine. I get it." "That's complete bullshit." "Then why don't we go out together but hide?" Sam just looks at me not wanting to answer so I turn around and leave.

"You don't seem to have had good welcome back sex", Riven grins at me as he sees me next to the lake. "What do you want?" "Why do you waste your time with that guy, Scar? I know you, you don't talk about him because he doesn't want it. You can't hide things if it wasn't for someone else."

"Whatever. I need to see Saul soon. Hey, are we going to the party tomorrow together?" "Where does the sudden change of thought come from?" "Just being nice. I don't have to if you don't want me to", I shrug supressing the thought of Sam. "No, we're going together like we always do", Riven nods and winks at me.

"You've been showing Bloom around. Wasn't that Stella's job?", Saul asks me at first when I enter his office. "What about Musa?" "She didn't feel like showing her around", I shrug, "I met Musa afterwards. She wanted to look around on her own first."

"You need to stop doing everything for everyone", Saul warns me but I roll my eyes. "I'm here all the time anyways. It's not like I have a life outside of Alfea", I reply bluntly, "Plus, Stella's my best friend. I'm here to help her."

"And what does Stella do for you in return?", Saul questions and I roll my eyes. He doesn't like her and he makes sure that he always tells me about it. "Shouldn't you not talk about students like that?", I reply, "You're a teacher."

"I've raised you. From that point of view, I can ask whatever I want to ask." "Stella's a good friend, trust me. Just because no one can see what's behind doesn't mean that what she lets you see is the real her."

"What about Ricky?" "It was an accident", I stress slightly getting annoyed because this is the only topic people bring up when talking about Stella. "How do you know? You weren't there, right? And what about Sky? She broke up with him."

"Oh don't play the ‚poor-Sky'-card. It's not like he had a bad summer." "You defend her over him?", Saul asks me surprised and gives me a weird look, "He's your brother." "Again, Stella's my best friend. Sky was doing just fine during summer unlike Stella. Can we change the topic now?", I groan having heard enough of this.

"Are you going to the welcome party tomorrow?" "Yeah." "Are you going with Riven?" "Why?", I groan once more as Riven's the next person that Saul is not amused of. He doesn't like my friends at all. "That's part of me taking care of you."

"I'll be so amused when you have a girlfriend. Just wait for Sky's and my revenge." "I'm busy enough with you two", Saul chuckles, "That means you're going with Riven. What's it with you two?" "I just feel fine around him, okay? Shouldn't this help me, my powers and everyone else?"

"I'm just worried that you won't feel fine around him forever." "We've been friends before we hooked up and we're still friends. You could worry about your own love life if you had one." "Touché", Saul laughs and lays his arm around my shoulder in a way my father could have done it.
