When Apollo asked my permission kung pwede manligaw, I was beyond freaked out.
Tinanong ko pa siya kung nababaliw siya. But he just gave me that boyish grin. I thought: Shit, Jackpot.
He's known for being a bad boy. Not once was he accused of hopping from bed to bed - not that I know of, of course. Hopefully, not. He's not a member or a leader of a gang that's been on the back to back cover of a WattPad stories where every teen goes crazy about. He doesn't have piercings to catch anyone's eye except the occasional magnet earrings he uses when he feels like putting. His arms are clean from tattoos except for the little one that is distracting enough to be inked on the side of his V-line. He doesn't smoke. He doesn't drink - that much. He's not that kind of bad boy that everyone is familiar with. But he is that boy that everyone falls in love with because he's, just, so... beautiful. And that is the reason why he is a bad boy in the eyes of the many.
Did I mention he punched someone because a guy decided to cat call me while he's with me? How about when he got a professor expelled because of an offensive joke directed towards me? A woman, I'd say a woman because she's older than us, had this vendetta against me because she found out Apollo is dating me. I'm not shocked. Iba ang market ni Apollo. So, every moment that she could get to somehow take her revenge against me, she takes it. Like, failing my grades, in which she changes pag nagre-report ako sa Principal. Like, outcasting me from the class, in which Apollo didn't mind because it meant no one - from the boys - can flirt with me. Like, bullying me infront of my classmates just cause. Basta everything she does to make me feel so unwanted, she does it.
Sometimes it takes a toll on me but luckily, Apollo is there to kiss me everytime it's too much. I may or may have not purposely shown her that one time. Pero once lang. Kasi sobra 'yung galit niya nun kinabukasan. Nagpa-long quiz. The only consolation to that is that walang pumasa. So, what did Apollo do? Blacklisted her from any school she could apply to. Well, because she got fired. And now, she's unemployed. And still, desperate for Apollo.
If Apollo didn't file for a TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) for being such a creepy stalker, she won't stop. What a fucking ogre, diba?
I can't really blame her, I mean them. Kasi one thing I learned about Apollo is that he always make sure that everyone knows you're his. He pours all of his attention to you. He dedicates his loyalty to you. He's the most thoughtful guy I know. But when he gets mad, he gets mad. So, that's why bad boy siya sa paningin ng iba. Because he can do every bad thing for you.
Ayaw na kasi niyang maiwan. So, he will do everything to keep you from leaving him. He's all alone in life. So, he takes care of that one person that he can call his home. Let me tell you a bit about my baby. Apollo is a bastard. An illegitimate child. A boy who is born out of wedlock.
His father cheated on his wife and kept Apollo's mother as his mistress for years. His father died without his wife or Apollo's mother never finding out about the act of infidelity. His wife was oblivious to the fact that he impregnated a woman and the woman doesn't know about a wife who was wallowing about her husband's death.
The dirty secret was kept for years and years when Apollo's mother died. He was 14. All the wealth of his mother was passed to him - he was wealthy at a young age. He was later on adopted by his Aunt Delia, who is single at 48 and has been the only one who volunteered to be his guardian when no one wanted to. Aunt Delia loved Apollo and treated him like her own son. Apollo doesn't show his affection to his Aunt but if I didn't know any better - I know he loves her just as much as she does.
