Veronica's POV:

Harley: "Holy sanitized curse word!"

Harley is 'Robin', and I'm dressed like Harley from before she broke up with Joker.

Joker: "Oh, how cute. The songbird's afraid to swear."

Harley: "Ugh, you used to be such a fudging pill. Wait. Firework rocket, tied-up Robin, smell of fries Oreos and vomit. I remember this night!"

Joker: "What should we do with Basie's little sidekick, puddin?"

Me: *imitating Harley* "I think we oughta teach him some manners, Mistah J.-*normal voice*-Ugh, that sounds so wrong coming out of my mouth as you. Or me!"

I whack Harley in the face with a mallet.

Me: "Sorry! Ok, therapy mode. Harley, what would you say to me knowing everything you know now if I were your real past self?"

Harley: "Oh, good thinking, Ronnie. No hard feelings. You're disgusting. All this destruction and mayhem for what? Do you really like that?"

Me: *as Past Harley* "Mistah J likes it. Whatever he likes, I like."

Harley: "Ugh, and the accent. Oh my God, so heavy. Girl, ease it down."

Me: *as Past Harley* "Who do you think you are?"

Harley: "Not you. Not anymore."

Me: *as Past Harley to Joker* "I think Robin's lost his marbles."

Harley: "Someday, you'll get with the love of your life, and you'll see how foolish you've been all those years."

Joker: "Too bad you'll miss the wedding."

Harley: "We haven't talked about marriage yet!"

#rd Person POV:

Since she likes it, Ivy's playing with Harley's hair when Veronica groans as her facial expression changes to one of pain.

Ivy: "What's happening to her?"

Psycho: "Uh, nothing. Nothing. She's fine."

Riddler: "Psycho, so help me, I'll-"

Psycho: "All right! All right! She's burning out. She had me picking up her slack before, and now-"

Suddenly, a gas bomb is tossed through the window, and everyone faints as Batgirl, Nightwing, & Robin arrive to take them back to Wayne Manor.

Veronica's POV:

I lean forward with a groan.

Harley: "Ronnie?-*pauses in realization*-Oh, fudge! Ronnie, I am so sorry. I totally forgot. You're burning out, aren't you?"

Me: "No, no. Maybe a little. But we have to do this. Otherwise, Batman/Bruce will forever be a potential patient in need of saving, we'll never find Frank, and Ivy needs him back. So, no matter how long it takes, we will get through this."

Harley dons a proud smile.

Harley: "AAfter that speech, I wonder if you're the real Batgirl. You're right. We'll get through this together."
