It was a typical day at school. It was the start of lunch and Y/n was getting books for her following classes. Y/n was very popular at school and she was friends with Lex Luthor and many other boys as they were all on the football team.

Y/n wasn't mean, but she was often blunt with people, but she was well-liked because although she was usually quite serious and didn't show much emotion, she was still very funny. Y/n was the type of person that wasn't really fazed by anything around her, acted like she didn't care about others, but she often helped people out if she could without being obvious about it.

This particular day, Y/n was at her locker and she heard some commotion. It turned out to be Lena, Lex's sister and some other girls arguing. They ended up only a few lockers away from Y/n, and she discreetly observed the situation. Y/n hadn't talked to Lena much, but as Lex's friend, she felt that she needed to make sure his sister was okay.

By their argument, it seemed that the group were possibly friends arguing about something. Y/n wasn't sure or really cared who anyone hung out with, so she wasn't exactly sure of the relationship between the girls.

Y/n just tuned them out while getting her stuff, but she still kept an eye on them. Y/n was tired of all the drama and arguments in the school. Y/n realised that they were fighting about a stupid shirt, the one Lena was wearing. One of the girls gave it to her and now wanted it back.

Suddenly the girl that owned the shirt threw her milkshake at the Luthor, covering the shirt in it. They started arguing even more. The girl said something along the lines of "If I can't wear my shirt, then neither can you."

The girl knew that Lena had no change of clothes and started making fun of her about having to wear the disgusting shirt all day. Lena gives her a challenging look before stripping off the shirt, leaving her in only a bra.

Lena didn't even hesitate doing it in front of 20 or so students in the hall, just to prove that she didn't care about the girl's actions and threw the shirt back at the girl.

Y/n annoyed by the whole situation grabbed her spare hoodie from the locker and tossed it into the Luthors hands. Lena was surprised for a second as she didn't even notice Y/n was there. Lena had a huge crush on her but never really had the chance to talk to her. Lena's cheeks reddened ever so slightly at the thought of Y/n seeing her in her bra.

"This isn't a strip club," Y/n said bluntly as she slammed her locker door, walking away from the scene. Lena frowned for a second at her reaction, but she knew this was normal behaviour for Y/n.

Y/n just avoids everyone for the rest of lunch. When she got to class, Lex and the boys greeted her. Lex noticed that Y/n was annoyed and asked her what was up. "Your sister man, she's insane," Y/n stated seriously. "Tell me about it," Lex said sarcastically, knowing well what she meant.

"What did she do this time?" Lex asked, curious, as he has never seen her so annoyed. Y/n hesitated for a second, not sure if there was any point in telling him, but in the end, she did as he was her friend.

"It was so weird. She was arguing with some girls about some stupid shirt," Y/n started. "And?" Lex asks, not really seeing anything too bad yet. "One of the girls spilt a milkshake on her shirt-" Y/n continued, "And then what do you know, your sister starts stripping in front of the whole school" Y/n exaggerates.

"What the fuck?" Lex said surprised. "Yeah I had a spare hoodie in my locker, so right after she took it off I gave her my hoodie," Y/n recalled the interaction. "You? YOU gave her your hoodie?" He questions.

"Okay, okay. Maybe I didn't 'give it' to her per say," Y/n admits. "I threw it at her," Y/n chuckles. "Yup, that checks out. It makes a lot more sense now!" Lex laughs. "What happened after?" Lex continues to question. "Oh my god, you are like a middle school gossip girl," Y/n states.

"Well if you must know, I left after that," Y/n tells him. "Just left? not a word?" He asks.

"Well, I threw my hoodie at her, told her this isn't a strip club and walked away," Y/n says. "That's awesome, I bet her face was priceless hearing you say that. She has a huge crush on you, you know," Lex tells her.

"Yeah, I know. It's pretty obvious, really. But that's your sister dude, so it's hard to avoid her as I'm over at yours often." Y/n says. "You don't like her?" Lex asks genuinely. "Nah, not really. Not like that anyway," Y/n finishes and Lex just hums in response, not entirely sure he believes it.

They realise that half the class is finished and the teacher is still not here. They sit there chatting for the rest of the class and then go to football practice together.
