It was a Saturday night and you decided to go out. Work had been particularly stressful lately and you wanted to let off some steam.

You weren't usually one to go out or drink, but tonight was an exception. You were celebrating a work achievement. It took a lot of effort to get here, so you figured you should go out and have some fun for once.

You went to one of the favourite clubs in the city, you knew the owner well and it was a very nice place. You loved the atmosphere and the staff were amazing.

The place was pretty packed, though you managed to recognise a few people you knew. You went for the bar, wanting to get a drink.

You quickly recognised the bartender. You were friends in school and then drifted apart a bit, but you've been friendly when you saw him here.

"Daniel," you said with a small smile as you reached the bar. "You look- different." He said after a small pause, making you chuckle. "You too. Can I have something strong?" You ask and he nods.

"Oh yes, of course. Rough week?" He asks as he makes you a drink. "Rough month." You say as he places the drink in front of you, which you down in seconds.

"Another, please." You smiled and he nodded a little surprised. You drank your drink slower this time. As you did, you noticed a blonde sitting by herself at the other side of the bar.

You smirked as you saw her. She was just your type. You weren't sure what it was, but you were drawn to her.

You picked up your drink, wandering over to the other side of the bar. "Mind if I sit?" You asked, gesturing at the seat next to her.

A small smirk played on the blondes lips, "I don't see why not." She said as she looked you in the eyes.

You sat down, offering her your hand, "Y/n." You said with a smile. She took your hand gently, "Florence or Flo if you like." She replied.

"Beautiful name." You hummed as you continued to stare into each other's eyes. "Thanks."

She looked even more attractive up close and her smile was so cute. You continued talking for a while as you sipped on your drinks.

"Hey, Dan," you waved him over. "Another round on me." You told him and he nodded in response.

You kept talking for a while and felt butterflies in your stomach as the blonde smiled at you brightly.

You started to flirt with her and she seemed to respond well. You turned in your seat a little bit, facing her more, causing your leg to brush against hers.

It was dim in the club, but you could just about make out the light blush covering her cheeks. Your drinks were almost empty and you contemplated whether you should order more.

"Do you want to dance?" You asked her instead, receiving a smile. "Yes." She grinned. She took your arm as you offered it to her and made your way to the dance floor.

You spent a good half an hour dancing, your bodies moulding together like puzzle pieces. She leaned back into you, your hands on her hips and your lips brushed her neck ever so softly.

Your hand trailed down to her thigh, making Florence's breath hitch as you continued to dance.

"Do you want to get out of here?" You whispered against her ear, your bodies flush against one another. Florence bit her lip nervously before nodding slightly a few seconds later.
