Chapter 10: Brawltopia

The journey through this new world was quite amazing. Jade started off through the sandy plains, but soon found another town. It resembled a western style town with bars and casinos. He controlled his urge to shift his attention as he preferred not to be attacked again for being suspicious.

The scientist was enjoying the cool breeze after admiring the western town. He had gotten used to flying with a blade platform and learned to enjoy his surroundings better. Not long after, grass started forming and the biome changed to a more tropical forested area. The light vegetation made way to a gargantuan sized dome. It housed spectacular plants and waterfalls. Jade also saw labs and dorms inside while flying by. He kept to the road.

It had been a few hours since his departure from the Bazaar, and he took a short rest near the large dome. The evening breeze caressed his face as he closed his eyes and fell out of consciousness.

A few hours later, his sense to wake up at the right time made him recover fast from sleep. His body was charged from his power nap, enough to get him to his location.

The lights of the dome were still bright and Jade's urge to enter was great.

"If only I could enter now...but if I were to do that, I'd probably be trespassing. Priorities first."

He directed his head to the correct direction and continued.

About 30 minutes later Jade felt the temperature drop significantly. He thanked his jacket and patted his chest as he scanned the surroundings. The grass slowly faded away as winter white snow covered the plains with milky white frost. Jade landed in the thick snow as his boots sank into the snow. He looked around and smiled, reminiscing about the good times he had on his home planet, enjoying the ice particles.

Suddenly, a beautiful white dust particle plotted itself on his nose. He looked up and saw snow flowing down gracefully. He let his hand catch some snow as he smiled, "This place is nice...maybe it ain't so bad after all that I came here."

He looked at his map and saw his target: a large blue building.

He looked across the icy plains, past the cone trees and ahead. Standing high, the blue building bid a welcoming atmosphere as Jade walked forward to the hotel, the Snowtel.
