"Welcome to Supercity!" Colette exclaimed as she spread her hands out to the vast city, which, surprisingly, didn't have too many people.

"The coffee shop is that way, let's get some breakfast." Colette suggested. Jade followed Jacky and Colette to the nearby coffee shop, which didn't have that many people inside.

The trio stepped in and immediately noticed a group of kids talking nearby. Colette rushed towards them, one of the kids in which was older than the others—that being Sandy as he was taller than them. Another girl in yellow and red was also there, who seemed to also be older but short.

"Oh look it's Colette! Hello!" A red haired girl waved. Colette was talking to them before looking towards Jade and waving him over.

"You guys can go talk, you too new guy. I'll just get my coffee quickly." Jacky said before finding a seat and settling down.

The group of kids consisted of a boy with a green chameleon hoodie, a girl with a bear hat and a large red bear by her side, a red-haired girl with a doggy backpack, a girl with two cloudy buns on her head with a backwards cap, and Sandy.

Jade saw Sandy and pointed at his mouth, Zip...we don't talk about what happened before, okay? Sandy gave a thumbs up and nodded.

"Jade, meet the kids, Leon,"

"Sup."

"Jessie,"

"Hello!"

"Nita,"

"HI!"

"Meg,"

"Greetings!"

Jade finished Colette's sentence for her, "and Sandy right?" Colette seemed impressed, "Wow! You guys know each other?"

The two looked to each other, "Sorta."

"That's so cool! Anyways, guys, this is Jade! He's new here."

The kids greeted him together. Jade smiled and waved at them, "Hope you guys are doing well. I'm quite new to this place, but I'm keeping up." Jade spoke.

"Well, we should head back to our table. Don't want Jacky to wait TOO long, hehe!" Colette giggled before going back to their table.

After breakfast, Leon stopped by the three who were about to leave, "Hey, you wanna stop by to brawl later on? There's some quests we need to do and we thought it'd be cool to see your skills, Jade!"

Colette's mouth was agape, "Oh my god! I totally forgot about brawling! Yeah Jade! Let's go! That's the main thing we do here. It's our culture. Brawl and you earn tokens, the tokens can be exchanged for rewards and gems."

Jade's ears twitched up as he looked to Leon, "Then we shall do so then! I'll be glad to see you on the battlefield...wait, is it like gladiator fights?"

Colette and Leon laughed, "No silly, I'll explain on the way there."

"You kids done? I'm kinda in the rush to reach the Gem Mine." Jacky complained.

"Whoops! Sorry guys! See you later!" Colette waved at Leon before leading Jade out.

Jacky went her separate ways as the two walked towards a large building that could be seen from afar.

"Basically, when you brawl, we are in a form of simulated environment that allows killing without death! It's like a video game, and the more you brawl, the more tokens you get. But only a limited amount based on quests that you get."

Jade noted down the info on his notebook, he was a traveler after all.
