CHAPTER 7

JAKEXHAEWON

JAKE'S POV

Jake was always the light of the party. Even when all 4 of them were kids, he was kinda forced to be the loud one in the room, next to Wonyoung of course. Everyone loved his energy so it was only natural for him to be good in a party setting.

Jake was also very popular for being in the university soccer team. Even with his rich legacy background, he managed to earn a full ride scholarship by himself and his talents.

Jay came back with the girl he was partnered with at the bonfire.

"Daaanggg I didn't expect you to come back." Jake started snapping him back to reality.

"Yeah bro, the game said 7 minutes." He said joking with him.

"No one really follows that." Jake replied.

"Where's Heeseung?" Jay noticed their other friend was gone.

"I don't know, he got up saying he needed to go to the restroom and that bitch never came back." Jake shrugged.

"I need a drink of two, let's go find Sunghoon." Jay took out his phone and started texting him.

"Jake are you still playing?" One of the guys shouted from the circle.

"Yeah I'm coming!" He yelled back . "Hold up bro." Jake said to Jay patting his back before going to play again.

Coincidentally enough the bottle lands on him and a random girl. The girl blushes as it landed on her. Jake takes her hand as they go to the nearest vacant bathroom.

Jake shuts the door behind him lightly and asks if she's okay with him. She agrees and they proceed to make out.

HAEWON'S POV

Haewon was one of the people who didn't want to attend the party. But of course her friends had to drag her out for once since it's been awhile she's attended a college party. She came with her close friends Lily and Jinni.

"Girl! See this wasn't so bad!" Lily nudged Haewon's shoulder.

Jinni giggled. "I love seeing you get outside for once."

Haewon rolled her eyes before laughing along. "This will be my first and last party for the year." She added.

"Um yeah, I'm not letting you do that." Lily replied back.

"C'mon guys, let's get some drinks!" Jinni exclaimed.

Jinni and Lily each grabbed Haewon's arms. They pulled her to the kitchen grabbing 3 ice coolers. It was Haewon's first time at this frats party. Even after a year of attending this school, she can't believe how stinkin rich these kids are. That's what she's thriving for someday for her own family. She never had that much privilege, it was always earned, and she worked really hard for it.

"Whoa! What's going on?" Jinni said getting the attention of her group.

Haewon and Lily walked over to the front with Jinni to see Eunchae throwing up infront of everyone.

Haewon physically looked worried. She has known Niki and Eunchae since high school.

"Hold on, I'm gonna help them really quick." Haewon told her friends before bolting, not even letting them say another thing.

She sees Sunghoon and asks him for help. The perk of being student body president is knowing everyone, it was part of her job.

"Hey Sunghoon, Can you go ahead and ask Bangchan for a shirt for Niki?" Haewon asked her fellow sophomore.

He just simply nods in agreement.

Haewon nods back and tried to look for a towel in the the closet near the pool. As she was about to take the towel to where Eunchae and Niki was, she didn't really get to see which bathroom they went into. She was too busy trying to think of a solution. She got too ahead of herself.

So of course she was in such a hurry she was checking every bathroom near the pool area unaware the very first bathroom that she checks is the one where Jake was and the girl.

She opens the door abruptly. "Hey Eunchae , are you oka-" she looks inside the bathroom and sees Jake kissing some girl's neck.

Jake looks up as the girl was startled.

Haewon's eyes widen." I AM SO SORRY." She exclaimed before closing the door real quick.

She runs away from the bathroom. Haewon's face turned as bright as a tomato. This is the most embarrassed she's ever been.

She needed to snap out of it since she still needed to help Eunchae out. She sees Sunghoon and Sunoo infront of a bathroom talking to Niki. She runs up to them.

"I finally found you guys. Here's some towels." Haewon handed a towel to Niki and went inside the bathroom to help Eunchae cleans up a little.

JAKE'S POV

Jake was surprised when the door busted open as the two were interrupted.

"Where were we?" The girl continued to kiss his jaw line to get him back in the moment.

Jake pulls away, not feeling it anymore. "I think our 7 minutes are up." He said to the girl.

The girls looks gave Jake an annoyed look and stormed out of the bathroom.

Jake then leaves the bathroom to see a ruckus outside. He sees Sunghoon in a confrontation with a guy that had him by the collar. He ran over to his friend and quickly push the guy off Sunghoon.

Jay also came over with Sunoo and confronted the guy and his friends.

They all reassured if Wonyoung was okay since she wanted to go home. Sunghoon offered to take her back.

Heeseung runs over to the group. "I literally leave for 5 seconds and you guys got in this much trouble already?" He shook his head.

"Where the fuck were you anyway." Jake questioned.

"I was wit-" Heeseung turned around to see he was by himself.

Everyone in the group was confused to who he was referring to.

"By myself I guess. Nevermind." Heeseung continued.

Jake then sees the girl that opened the bathroom door a moment ago. He noticed it was the student body president Haewon. She was helping someone out the bathroom and was walking out the door with Niki.

Both of them make eye contact. Haewon still being embarrassed she immediately looks away blushing.

Jake just chuckles under his breath. She was kind of cute.
