PRINCE CHARMING

CHAPTER 37

-FLASHBACK-

It was a sunny afternoon at the Sim's household and all 4 kids were playing at the backyard. All their parents were friends from college so it was natural they were all friends as well. Little Wonyoung approached the three boys that were rough housing.

"You guysss I'm playing castle! Someone be my prince!" Wonyoung announced to the boys catching their attention.

"Ew no, we're gonna play soccer in a little bit." Jake said to Wonyoung.

"And that's for babies anyway." Jay added. "Let's go grab the ball!" He shouted as the two boys ran inside to grab the soccer ball.

Wonyoung looked sad and embarrassed by what Jake said.

"I'll be your prince." Sunghoon said to Wonyoung so she had someone to play with.

Wonyoung looked at Sunghoon with sparkling eyes and widely smiled. "Okay!"

WONYOUNG'S POV

Wonyoung was brushing her hair when she thought of the very first time she started liking Sunghoon. To her, he always was a prince. He even acted like one too. He was very reserved but very charming. She thought of the night he kisssed her. Wonyoung blushed at the thought. She can't believe that they're actually doing this.

She grabs her phone from her vanity table and sees a texts from Sunghoon. He was on his way to pick her up from her house. They were gonna go on their first official first date.

Sunghoon was now head so she quickly grabbed her purse and went downstairs to meet him.

SUNGHOON'S POV

Sunghoon had asked Wonyoung out on their very first date today. He wasn't gonna lie, he was a little nervous. Sunghoon had never taken anyone on a date. He was either too focused on skating or studies.

Sunghoon parks in front of Wonyoung's house.
He see's Wonyoung come out through the front entrance. He get out of the car to open the door for her. "Hey." He said greeting her.

"Hi." Wonyoung smiled at him and gets in the car.

Sunghoon goes back to the drivers seat. "What are you feeling on doing?" He wanted to ask first to see what she's comfortable with.

"I wanted to learn how to skate." She said after buckling her seatbelt. "You promised me a while back you'd teach me." Wonyoung looked at him.

"I did say that." Sunghoon said looking back at her. "Let's go to a rink then." He said smiling back at her.

Sunghoon leaves the Jang residence and drives to a public rink where w everyone is welcome to skate. He helps her pick out her skates as they walked to the benches. Sunghoon also helped her tie her laces. Wonyoung looked down at him while he was tying her skates. She blushed how handsome he looked.

"Alright, you ready?" Sunghoon said standing up and holding out his hand for her to take.

Wonyoung takes his hand and gets up trying to get balance. He carefully leads her to the ice without letting her hands go.

"Eppp this is kinda scary." Wonyoung said while looking down at her feet trying not to slip.

"Make sure you bend your knees." He said looking at her. He thought she was cute for wanting to learn how to skate. He held her hands firmly as she was gripping for her life.

The two made it around the rink as Sunghoon instructed her to do the basics. He held her hand the whole time making sure she won't fall.

Wonyoung was enjoying herself even though she was half scared. She took a quick break and sat on bleachers while Sunghoon free skates by himself. She was in awe again. He really looked like a prince.
