(Chapter 75) Cold trek.

As cold wind of the north breezes by, night has fallen. Frisk and Geno are trekking through the heavy snow of the northern peninsula.

GNO: Where are we going again?!
FSK: To meet an old friend.
GNO: Who is this "old friend" of yours?!
FSK: Someone that can help us.
GNO: I take it you don't want to tell me.
FSK: Eyes on the path Chara. Also can I speak to Gaster for a moment?
GNO: How about n- *glitch* -greetings again Frisk.
FSK: Hey doctor.
GNO: What is it you wanted to talk to me about?
FSK: This.

Frisk takes a broken piece of tech out of her pocket. It looks to be several decades old. Geno takes the tech and starts checking it out.

FSK: I found it in your lab when we were investigating Charas' disappearance. I can feel tremendous amounts of DT coming from it.
GNO: I see. I don't mind you looking through my inventions but you should be careful because there is some dangerous stuff in there.
FSK: I'm aware. One of those amalgamations attacked me. Sans defeated it.
GNO: Speaking of amalgamations, this tech isn't mine so to speak of. I believe alphys may have used some of my old tech to build this. Perhaps she used this to create those amalgamations.
FSK: Doctor, what do you think may happen if you inject that into a being who already possesses determination?
GNO: Well the results are unpredictable, but you can't possibly be thinking of injecting this into yourself, Frisk?
FSK: No, it was just a thought.
GNO: I understand. Well this piece of tech is something like a serum. Although I don't know how it would aid in battle against the harbinger.
FSK: It seemed useful so I picked it up.
GNO: Here you go.

Geno hands the serum back to frisk, who puts it back into her pocket. Geno switches back to Chara.

GNO: Next time give me a warning before switching, you crazed doctor!
FSK: *chuckle* You two are so funny.
GNO: Oh, I'll show you what's funny! Come here!
*THROW*

Geno rolls up some snow and throws a snowball.

FSK: *grunt* I'll show you what real determination is.
GNO: Shit.

Frisk unsheathes her blade and sticks it into the ground, flowing her energy into an explosion. Geno gets covered under all the snow.

FSK: Not so grand now, are you?
GNO: *muffle* Shut it.

Geno gets up from the snow and rubs the snow off her coat. Frisk sheathes her blade.

GNO: So can you tell me where we're going?
FSK: We're here.
GNO: What do you mean we- *breeze* -Woah.

A gentle wind passes by and reveals a huge town surrounded in ice walls.
