UND: So, master, tell me the source of your power.
RBN: You'll understand soon enough Undyne, the reason for my power.
UND: I've been alive longer than you have and yet it feels like you know much more then me.
RBN: That's because I have lived longer. Since the beginning of time, the bearers of the original souls have been seen as the strongest. Back then they used to fight and battle for control over the others. Times have changed but we never do. One who bears the responsibility of the original soul is destined. The memories of the past users live on through the soul. That is why I know what I know.
UND: Your mentality, master, I envy it.
RBN: Trust me Undyne. Mentality is nothing more than a way of thinking, but that can be changed, can it not? So don't cling on unnecessary burdens and always look forward. Even I sometimes fall out of line, although I'm a soul knight.
UND: The sunset's beautiful today.
RBN: It really is. That's why we have to win. To secure our future. To protect the present and guarantee the future. That is our purpose.
UND: Would you give up your life to protect others?
RBN: Of course. The users of Bravery have always been regarded as honored warriors. They'd sacrifice their lives for the masses. I too believe that, if one doesn't sacrifice their life for the greater good, they're just as guilty as the one who is at fault.
UND: How powerful are you really master?
RBN: It isn't power that matters. Nor is it the weapon one wields. What really matters is the spirit of the fighter. Their will to battle. Their desire to protect. That is what drives the strongest of warriors, including me. You too, undyne, possess a strong will.
UND: You truly are worthy of being a knight, master. I believe as long as you're alive, the fight will go on.
RBN: I'm not the one who keeps the fight on. It's the people... our people. The ones we fight so dearly to protect. If we die, someone else will stand up and take our spot. No matter the cause. No matter the consequences. The spirit of those who protect live on. We will win, not because of our strength but because we gave an oath. To protect everyone.
