The sound of rushing water can be heard outside the area.
NOR: So yall made parts of the underground into the palace? Cool.
GNO: I'm not taking credit.
NOR: Then you wouldn't mind if we got a little destructive?
GNO: Careful what you wish for.
Noire dashes towards Geno and swings her axe relentlessly. Geno swiftly dodges each strike and moves behind Noire. She tries to turn and defend but Geno plants their hand on Noires' back, momentarily slowing her movement. Geno thrusts their blade.
AKU: Hello there.
GNO: You pesky insect!
Akumu stretches its' tentacles from Noires' body and clings onto Genos' blade. Now unrestrained, Noire turns around and smashes her axe into the ground. Geno is forced to back up and let go of their blade.
NOR: Without your blade, those "data" attacks of yours are useless.
GNO: My blade was never the source.
Geno glitches through reality and appears right in Noires' face. They manipulate their hands' data and thrust it through Noires' chest.
GNO: Anything can become a weapon if I so desire.
NOR: *cough* My blood is boiling! Show me more!
GNO: You asked for it.
Noire infuses her feet with chaos and dashes forwards. Geno calms theirself and focuses.
GNO: (Focus... concentrate... pick the odd one out. Based on the data, the statistics... choose the most likely alternative future and take control of it!)
NOR: Ya feeling tired?!
GNO: (There! I can see it clearly!)
Geno runs towards the attack, completely ignoring the other images. Noire realizes Genos' intention and changes route midway.
GNO: But I've already seen through all of it!
Geno switches positions instantly and grabs Noire by the arm, before slamming her into the ground. Noire coughs up blood. Geno thrusts their hand towards her.
GNO: Data Sli-
NOR: Chaos Surge!
Massive amounts of energy release from Noires' body, pushing Geno back. She slowly gets back up and cracks her neck, before clenching her fists. The energy instantly dissipates. Noires' eyes appear dark, not in color, but in space, as if behind them lies a completely different fabric of reality. Shivers pulse through Genos' body.
GNO: (This isn't good! My power relies on fixated data, but she is an anomaly! Something so chaotic shouldn't exist in our order-bound world! As is right now, I have no chance of defeating such an unpredictable monster!)
Geno notices their blade on the ground.
GNO: (She must've dropped it while dodging.)
They go to pick it up, but as they lean over to pick it up, an overwhelming fear covers their body.
