(Chapter 178) Reaper.

The cries of hell intensify as the two battle. Chara gets up from the rubble and throws slashes towards Lucifer, which he slaps out of the way. She takes a deep breath.

CHR: Here I come!

She dashes forwards and unleashes a stream of attacks. Lucifers' claws clash with her claws and push both back. Lucifer lunges towards Chara and slams his claws into the ground, forcing her to jump into the air. He leaps towards his opponent and strikes with lethal force. Chara skillfully blocks the attacks and uses her scythe to pull Lucifer closer, before punching him in the face. Lucifer is annoyed and scrubs the dirt off of his face, but Chara takes this opportunity to slash Lucifers' chest. She manages to graze his body. Blood spills from his chest.

LCF: Seems like I can't go easy on you!

He dashes towards her and delivers consecutive punches. Chara manages to barely block all of the attacks, but she didn't see the giant rock coming from above her. She slices the rock in half. Lucifer uses this window of opportunity to grab her face and slam her into the ground. Chara tries to escape his grasp but is unable to.

LCF: Got you no-
*SLICE*

Charas' scythe comes from spinning out of the debris, slicing Lucifers' arm off. He backs up and stops the bleeding. Chara takes a breather before digging her scythe into the ground, before throwing giant rubble at Lucifer. He gets angered.

LCF: No more!
CHR: Already fed up?!
LCF: Hellish Power! Domain of Misery!

The space around them starts to warp. Hundreds of screams of pain echo. Chara clenches her scythe tight. Lucifer stares at Chara with bloodlust.

LCF: Inside here, any pain you receive is multiplied by 100!
CHR: No... that means...
LCF: Even the lightest attack can be lethal!
CHR: But that goes for you two!
LCF: Exactly! That's what makes it a fight!

Lucifer dashes towards Chara and throws blows one after another. Chara carefully blocks to a avoid certain death. He continues to rampage.

CHR: (This is a suicide technique and yet he attacks without worry!)
LCF: Don't just defend, or else you'll get killed!

Chara takes a step back and vanishes from sight. She appears a safe distance away. Lucifer turns to face her.

CHR: (Gotta think of something quick.)

Lucifer doesn't waste any time and zips across the battlefield, ravaging the ground where he steps. Chara dashes forwards. Lucifer tries to claw her face off but Chara dodges under and tries to cut him in half. Lucifer catches her scythe and throws her away. Chara digs her scythe into the ground and stops her momentum.

CHR: (Shit! Nothing's working! Wait... I've been doing this wrong. Since when do I think before I act?!)

Lucifer feels a spike in Charas' power. She dashes towards him and swiftly circles around, evading a fatal strike from him and then kicking him in the back. Lucifer coughs up massive amounts of blood.

LCF: Enough! This ends here!

Lucifer raises his arms into the air and concentrates all of his power. A giant ball of pure hellish energy forms. Its' pressure crushes the ground.

CHR: You're right, this is over.
LCF: Your power spiked again?!
CHR: Cursed Soularia!
LCF: (Combining her curse with her soularia, just what the hell is she?!)
CHR: Hells' Reaper Slash!

Chara funnels all of her power into the edge of her scythe. She releases it in one single slash. It travels through the battlefield instantly, slicing in half the literal space between atoms. Lucifer drops to the ground, sliced in two. Chara pants while she wipes the sweat off of her face.
