Loud bangs come from the front door to my hotel room. I thought I was dreaming - like I was back on the road ready to race. But I was just in a random fancy hotel in London.

All the memories came flooding back to me from last night.

Meeting Arthur Leclerc,
The TV broadcast,
Running to my car and leaving,
Driving around for 5 hours,
Finding a hotel,
And most of all finding Lando paying for my stay.

I awoke startled to say the least. I rolled over to check the clock on my phone. 3:43am

I groaned and mentally curse the knocker for waking me up at this hour of the morning. It's most likely a random drunk finding the wrong door after a night out.

The knocks just kept on coming so I lifted myself from my cozy bed and wrapped my hotel dressing gown around my slim frame. I practically crawl to the door and whip the door open waiting to find a drunk person.

I was right. It was a drunk person.

It was a drunk Lando Norris.

He staggered in-front of me as he leant against the threshold. He gaped at me with eyes full of happiness.

"Okay... what have you took?" Is all I can get out of my mouth instead of a nice greeting.

"Erm... just..." Lando starts and stops to count on his fingers, "8 tequila shots... andddddd..."

He again counts, "And two joints."

I couldn't help but smile at his smile and funniness at this time of the morning. I even forget it's even 3am for a split second before realising we were the only ones in the hallway.

"You had fun then." I smile at him and he holds his hand out for me to take.

"Sure did. Now come up to the roof with me!" He says before becoming impatient and taking my hand in his and bringing me out of my room.

Who knows how I'll get back in. But let's not worry about that.

Lando then starts to pick up the pace, seeing that the hallway and hotel itself was quite long. I run too, trying to catch up with him. The lights were a warm yellow colour - the whole hotel was peaceful. Well except from me and Lando.

We soon manage to get to the lift. With his free hand, he touches the button to signal the lift still holding his other hand in mine. I couldn't help but stare at how nicely his hand fit with mine.

I didn't even realise I was grinning at the image before me until Lando says, "Your smile is so pretty."

I stare up at him still grinning and thank my lucky stars as the lift then opens. Just as well, as my face was going red by the second.

I manage to gain composure and stand in front of him as the lift goes upwards as he's chosen the 4th floor. The lift was more cramped than I was expecting and the gap between my back and his chest was minuscule.

To get my head out of all this thinking I switch to starting a conversation, "That reminds me the number 4 is your number right?" Regarding the number he'd pressed which is the rooftop aswell as his driving number.

"Yeah it is. What's your favourite number?"

"I have many. Right now I love the number 15."

"How come?" He replied intruiged.

"My brother, Mattie, is now forever 15." I tell him as a tribute to my brother. "Thanks for coming to the funeral Lando. Really meant a lot."

"That's what I do Sadie. For you. Whatever, whenever. Your brother was such a great guy." He tells me as I feel his hand slide out of mine and starts to graze up my left arm. He reaches near to my shoulder and rubs its gently.
